Fantastic Stay

I had another thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay at Thistle London Park Lane. The newly refurbished rooms have been finished to an excellent standard and are very well appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The room felt modern, spacious, clean and fresh throughout, with careful attention paid to both comfort and practicality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and provided an excellent night’s sleep. The overall atmosphere of the room was calm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
As a returning guest, I am consistently impressed by the high level of service provided by Ricardo, the manager. His outstanding attention to detail, professionalism and genuine commitment to ensuring guests are well looked after make a noticeable difference to every stay. He always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is arranged perfectly and that the experience is both comfortable and seamless.
I had a wonderfully relaxing stay and would not hesitate to recommend Thistle London Park Lane, particularly following the refurbishment. I look forward to returning again soon.

Perfect hotel for Hyde Park events and central London .. room was lovely and clean .. friendly helpful staff .. big shout to the staff on reception who gave us a lovely greeting on arrival and who helped us with our luggage to the room as the lift was tempt out of order .. very much appreciated

London isn't equipped for temperatures in the 90s Fahrenheit (30s Celsius). During check-in, the hotel lobby was very warm and that was our first indication. When we got to our room, the AC was set to 19C but the room was 26C (80F) and the AC couldn't keep up. It was blowing a small bit of cold air, but the room was uncomfortably hot, even with the blackout shades closed all day. We called and they sent a technician to look at the AC, and he confirmed it was working. They ended up bringing two fans to the room which helped a little bit, but it was still nights of sweating through sleep with no covers.
The "king beds" should be clearly described with dimensions as "European king beds" being much smaller than a North American king, and essentially the same as a queen. We chose this room because of the "two king beds" for our family and learned that not all kings are the same.
Little stuff like the Nespresso pods not being refilled during daily housekeeping was an unnecessary follow-up call to the front desk. And one elevator was out of service for maintenance during our full stay.
Still giving 4 stars because the room had what we expected and the location was a good spot to embark on London sightseeing adventures.

Satisfied, beyond our expectations !

I stayed with my family for 4 days:
- The room was very clean, modern, and with a nice and warm bathroom; shower has been a real pleasure. Beds are comfortable, and with a lot of pillows!
- The people working there are very very nice and gentle; especially AAMIL has been so helpful all the time. Thank you!
- We especially advice to book breakfast too; it's very big, a with a variety of everything.
- Position is strategic if you want to go around London, near to Marble Arch, Central line.
That's a five star place !
We are so Satisfied, beyond our expectations !
