Really enjoy staying at the Zedwell Capsule Hotel, this was my second stay. The capsules are snug but comfortable. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers good. The location is absolutely perfect for theatre goers - around 8 theatres within a 10 minute walk. Will definitely be staying there again.

Air conditioning could be better as well as the cleanliness of the shower cubicles as well as water temperature control.

Great location for central London

Great location, easy check-in and out. Stylish comfortable room. Modern feel.
Only downside is if you need early check-in its £40 extra and also a charge to hold bags and no bar.
If you don't need this then id definitely recommend staying here.

The pod was unbelievably hot, even with the fan on, it was so hot I couldn’t sleep - it was also unsafe to sleep with it unlocked due to being in a mixed dormitory. I requested an upgrade upon arrival to a female only dorm due to safety concerns, but they quoted a price which was double my booking price - effectively making me buy another booking. Very disappointing. Women be warned, lots of men walking around naked or half naked in mixed dorms.

This is my favourite hotel in London because of the rain shower !!!!

Best hotel in London. The mattress is 100% perfect and the air conditioning worked a lot better than my first visit. Considering the increase in heat recently they have got it 100% figured out. All of the staff are cool af and remind me of the London I miss as a child and teenager. They are all really really nice people and we should make the effort to talk to them - trust me they are 'people' people..
The best part about this hotel is the rain shower.. omg its a blessing above a blessing and you will thank God whether you believe or not haha! This is the best hotel shower I have used and surprisingly beats the Hilton in Amsterdam. Incredible shower!
Thanks again guys I will hopefully be back soon.

Thank you for such a brilliant review and for coming back to stay with us – and noticing the difference with the air con. We’ve been working hard on keeping the cocoons cool with the heat we’ve been having, so hearing that it’s now “100% figured out” is exactly what we were aiming for.
Couldn’t be happier that the mattress hit the spot too – those Hypnos beds and the Egyptian cotton are all about pressing pause on the city for a bit.
Your words about the team are really special. That feeling of “old London” you mentioned is exactly the kind of energy we hope people pick up on here – real conversations, real people, no fuss. They’ll be chuffed to bits when we share this with them.
And the rain shower love… wow. “Blessing above a blessing” and beating a Hilton in Amsterdam is some serious praise. We’re delighted you enjoyed it that much – washing the city off under that shower is a bit of a ritual for a lot of guests.
