Unclean Room.

Lovely location however the room was shocking.
We waited roughly 10 minutes to be let into the building as no one was at reception. We followed the instructions on the door as soon as we arrived.
We walked in and a bag of rubbish was still in the room i assume from previous visits. The room was unclean with hair all over the basin in the bathroom and the pillow was covered in muck. The chair had stains on. The door had tissue in the peep hole. The towels looked unwashed and dumped back onto the shelf. No one should pay any amount of money to then walk into and untidy, unclean room. I don’t usually write reviews however i want to warn others before they spend money on poor service and unclean rooms.

The room was clean the check in was appalling there was no one there when I arrived just a phone no and as we were going straight out we were told there would be staff on 24 hours that weekend by lady on telephone luckily someone came in and told us there would only be someone there till 9pm and after 10pm would have to call up and the jets should have been left in a box not helpful at all realy did not know who to believe also the toilet did not flush you had to keep going back and trying to flush it over and over and while on the toilet there was heat coming up from the toilet all very odd we told the reception and they did not say anything concerned just said ok

We turned up to a dilapidated, run down, unsafe, dirty place. We tried to cancel because it would not be safe for women to stay. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. No staff, 24 hour live in security in an abandoned restaurant, everywhere around willen lake closed.
Under no circumstances would my husband allow me to stay. It was disgusting.
Went to stay at Novotel 100/100!

Pictures are deceiving

Absolutely awful! The pictures make it look so much nicer than it is. We stayed when it was 30 degrees, we were not provided a fan & had to ask for one at reception.
Room didn’t feel clean. The balcony was dirty, there were no chairs or table to sit outside. We didn’t end up staying as we found somewhere new to stay the night

This hotel is extremely run down and in and around the building smells of drugs. Although in a potentially lovely setting everything is closed and run down.
