Lovely stay...

What an experience to be a guest at INNSiDE by Melină...an experience of pure pleasure. The room stole our hearts with its warm touch. We love the large, spacious, and panoramic windows, and the view of the river is a delight. Breakfast is like being a guest at Masterchef, with a wide selection to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. Next time we visit Necastle, INNSiDE by Melină is our only option for overnight stays.

All round perfect stay

All round fantastic! Clean, extra touches, location, staff and breakfast! Rooms are spotless and good value for money with amazing views. We stayed in the townhouse suite and omg all the little extra touches made our anniversary night away seem special. Free cold drinks including alcohol for our anniversary. Tea, coffee and water too. A Nintendo to list on, Bluetooth speaker (rooms sound proof) so music before you go out. Lots of bathroom accessories make up pads, earbuds, shower cap, plenty big towels , dressing gown and slippers, you can request razor or toothbrush if you forget. Shampoo conditioner bday wash and lotion. Iron and board in room plus a clothes steamer, extra blankets and pillows, yoga mat, air con, and for £5 you can have your breakfast brought to your room

Was okay little disappointed on check in!

I absolutely love this hotel!
Stayed here several times I travel from Scotland!
I traveled down on the 11th July for a festival which started at 11 and I stated I’d check in early between 10-12!
When I got there I was a hit earlier that 10 so I took a trip to shops left my bags in the reception and stated I’d be back soon for check in where receptionist said that’s fine! I got back at 12 where I was told I’m unable to check in early due to shortage of bed linen and I had no option but to wait till 3 which there for ment i had missed 4 hours of the festival which was really disappointing!

We have stayed here many times and love the hotel but we had a bad experience this visit with the parking. There are only a few spaces and the car park is now run by a company separate from the hotel. We found a space but were unable to pay using the machine or the app and ended up moving the car. Hopefully we will not receive a penalty ticket for this as we were trying for quite a while. Staff were unable to help in any way.

Excellent stay here - warm welcome at check in ; helpful staff. Rooms clean with ecerything you need - some free items in the mini bar . The breakfast is fantastic - lovely variety with fruits, fresh bread and pastries and cooked food also. This hotel has a cocktail bar and a tv ( but not intrusive ) so we could watch the sport . Ginos restaurant is on site and also provides excellent food. Location fab to explore the quayside and beyond. Thank you yo all.
