comfortable 2 night stay

simple check in from friendly and likeable staff,our room (no7) was of a rather large size with twin beds,two comfortable chairs and table.t.v,tea/coffee facilities and a mini fridge,clean and tidy bathroom with shower.add on the great location the black swan is in and how quiet it is at night and a tidy bar and the peaceful outdoor space it has at the back of the black swan then it has a lot going for it.

Excellent stay at a top hotel

Family trip with our daughter.. We had an excellent stay at the Black Swan, everything was perfect, the rooms, the hosts, the breakfast. Great place for an overnight (or longer) stay. Great bar and outside area to boot…
Jill and Philip (the owners) always on hand to make sure everything was as it needed to be..
We will certainly be back to explore more of the surrounding area.

Our second time here. We shall definitely return.

Our second time staying at this beautiful inn. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is great quality & the owners are an absolute delight. We shall definitely return again.

Fab little pub

We popped in here for drinks, excellent, friendly and helpful bar staff. Very good selection of drinks, including a selection of Yorkshire gins, a nice outside area and some quirky seats inside as well, which were very comfortable. Would fully recommend and would return soon.
