Don’t stay here they have bed bugs

Do not stay here they have bed bugs when I told staff they did not apologise or give refund, I had to go though to customer relations to get refund 2 weeks after the incident stay in a travel lodge there’s one nearby you will be treated like royalty

Great Breakfast, Great Value, Outstanding Staff

We regularly come here for the breakfast and always have a great experience. There's a good selection of pastries, including warm croissants and pain au chocolat, which are always fresh and delicious.
The full English breakfast is ordered from the waiting staff and is served quickly, with everything cooked to order.
We usually visit when Selena is working, and she's always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is just right, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. Great food and excellent service every time. Highly recommended!

Poor heat management, and short sighted bar opening times.

We knew the hotel didn't have air conditioning, what we didn't expect was for the room to be 10 degrees hotter than the communal areas, which were pleasantly cool. When we were able to check in at 10.00pm, the room was unbearable, as the curtains were open and the window closed. This was one of the cooler days in July, only 24 degrees outside at its hottest, but the sun had been beating through the window all day, with no air circulation. There was a fan, but this just moved very hot air around. Neither of us slept.
The bar apparently closed at 9pm on a Sunday, this was on the night England played and there had been a large music festival in the area! Ridiculous!
