good location, good value

good value, clean enough, good location, balcony overlooking the street, comfortable beds, good shower. No restaurant but a great little banh mi stand right across the road for breakfast and coffee and really good pho soup across the road on the corner to the right. Great bar right across from that

Affordable and great location

We transferred to An Hoi Canary Hotel after getting "kicked out" from a nearby hotel due to overbooking. We were entertained politely by the hotel staff and after viewing the rooms we decided to stay for three nights (Stayed total six days in Da Nang). The room is appropriate in size considering the affordable nightly rates. Aircon was cold. Hot shower sometimes falters. Our room had a window which opened to the hallway. Not too much sunlight goes inside the room and this caused us to oversleep at times. We also had daily room cleaning service and we're happy with that. Near the hotel is a banh mi food stall selling yummy sandwiches. Also nearby is Harry Bao, a hole-in the-wall food place selling amazing burgers. Down the corner of the street is Filling Station, a busy bar with billiard tables that's open till 4AM. They serve cold San Miguel beer which I liked so much. The hotel is about ten minutes walk to My Khe Beach. We had so much fun swimming in the beach. For its affordable rates and excellent location, I highly recommend An Hoi Canary Hotel.

Cheap and near the beach

Hotel was a little dusty and got noisy in the evenings. It seemed that a lot of people were shouting for some unknown reason. However, it was new and clean and that was all we needed. We were able to rent a motorbike from the front desk and it was nice to be within walking distance to the beach as well as convenience stores, cafes and eateries. Originally booked for a day and extended our stay by another day since it was cheap.

Poor experience

Stayed one night and it was a bit of disappointing. The room was not clean. Someone spilled coffee on table and it wasn’t clean. The sheet is not washed enough cuz I still saw the dirt.
Bathroom was bad with poor bathroom facilities and hot water wasn’t stable.
Staff is not friendly at all. She’s very inattentive and lack of hospitality attitude.
Never come back!

Great value for money

This boutique hotel was situated in a brilliant location, just a short walk from the beach and near some nice places to eat/drink. The hotel itself was really clean and well maintained, the rooms were big and spacious with good wifi, air con, and tea/coffee making facilities. As a budget trip this was one of the best places that we stayed in, and certainly great value for money. No restaurant for breakfast, but plenty of places just outside to get food. Would highly recommend if visiting Danang.
