Terrible design for front desk no AC and very hot. Very strict for 3pm check in . I got 3 older guest more than 78years old…They still let my family wait for 2 hours . Very disappointed!!

Has good facilities but the resort is too big to be managed by the current crew.
Hotel is very old and not well maintained esp the room.
Service is extremely horrible and going as a single mom w my 3 yr old was indeed a night mare.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days for my birthday while I was in Vietnam and this is a beautiful place, but I find the women staff to be rude. They overlook their guest, especially if you are certain color. I noticed that from the beginning as I walked in, I was ignored. It wasn’t told anything about the amenities or anything for the property unless I ask, I don’t know much about the culture, but that’s just not welcoming from the beginning so I just stay clear away from anybody at the front and enjoy my time overall.

It’s a beautiful hotel but seriously overcrowded. There is a queuing system for breakfast every morning where our wait was between 20-40 minutes each day. There aren’t enough sun loungers by the main pool so people were laying towels on the floor. If you try and use the beach beds then there is a minimum spend of £40 which is ridiculous given that there’s no space by the pool. We had to move rooms after it rained and our room had a massive leak.

Unfortunately, my experience with this property left me disappointed. What stood out most was not the accommodation itself, but the hotel's lack of flexibility and customer-oriented approach when dealing with an unexpected situation.
I believe excellent hospitality is measured not only by the facilities offered but also by how guests are treated when unforeseen circumstances arise. In this regard, I felt there was very little understanding or willingness to help.
Future guests should carefully review the property's policies before booking, as flexibility and customer care may not meet everyone's expectations.
