Amazing stay in DaNang, Thank You!!

Amazing stay, the staff were wonderful, I loved the location because I like to be immersed in culture, I’m not a beach bunny so this worked well to go to the amazing art galleries in Da Nang and being along the river was perfect. The staff in the Premier Lounge were all excellent, hard to recognize just one person however Tran stood out! Thank you. Food was great as well. The bellmen and concierge were super helpful as well. Thank you Novotel DaNang, we very very appreciative of your attentive wonderful service!

Excellent Customer Services by The Square Restaurant

I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Phat, FBS Waiter for his excellent customer services rendered to us especially when I told him that I am a vegetarian and he patiently show me the menu for vegetarian food.
In addition, he also shows his concern and care when I told him that I don't take garlic and onions and he even change another plate for me with only chilies as seasoning for dining when I ordered a vegetarian Vietnamese food.
Mr.Phat is a great asset to Novotel Danang Han River and he deserved a great commendation for the job well done!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a huge selection to choose from. The gym was spacious and had everything you could possibly need, and more. I’d also highly recommend stopping by Sky Bar 36. Great atmosphere and an excellent DJ

Balcony a stand out. Very big with good views of the river.
Buffet and food in general is very good.
Staff services are okay.
Location is a little north of the centre and a bit of a walk to ATM's, central area..
