Relaxing Stay

The atmosphere inside the hotel was peaceful. After spending the day at the beach, it was nice to come back to a quiet room and relax by the indoor swimming pool.

Rude disgusting hotel and staff I’ve got features on this one have I

I checked into the hotel with my daughter, was greeted by reception and the baggage handler who made a very rude comment in Vietnamese to the man behind the desk about my daughter. They then told me they were upgrading me, but in fact, down graded me, they then moved me to the room that I paid for at the front by this time I was rather tired and just wanted to rest the lights in the in the bathroom kept flashing on and off they stains all on the toilet the towel rail was broken. It was filthy disgustingly, dirty ants, crawling over the floor. The toilet seat was stained The whole hotel is filthy dirty including the entrance and lifts breakfast you wouldn’t want to feed your dog so I asked if I could check out and be refunded for the night I’m not staying they refused to return my money so I’ve had to go to Booking.com to ask them for a refund which is taking up more of my time furthermore they overcharged me by 500,000 dong. I initially paid $95 for two nights, but couldn’t stay there any longer noisy dirty
I’m now in the Pearl city hotel it’s spotlessly clean a lovely room with a balcony for 700,000 dong it’s five times as nice and half the price do not stay there

Easy to Explore Nha Trang

Ruby Luxury Hotel made it easy to discover Nha Trang. Many attractions, cafes, and convenience stores were within walking distance, so we rarely needed transportation.

Wonderful Morning Breakfast

Every morning I looked forward to breakfast. There was a good variety of Vietnamese food, fresh fruit, and Western dishes. Everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Better Than Expected

I booked this hotel because of its location, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the friendly service. It offered excellent value for the price.
