Outstanding hotel!

This is the best hotel i’ve stayed at yet in Vietnam. The room was excellent, everything worked and was very clean. Good ac. The hotel-keeper is very friendly and helpful. We hired two scooters which were in excellent condition. Top notch!

Never go in this hotel again

- Staff doesn’t respect customer
- We ask them to ironing some clothes, they have the iron but they respond to us that we have to do by ourself
- There is nothing to drink in the fridge, we have to go to the market to buy some bottles
- They forgot to give my passport back, they didn’t call me, it’s just when I arrive at the airport that I recognized that I don’t have my passport on me so I had to go back to the hotel to get my passport back then I miss my flight thank you guys !

Etienne Ng, thank you for your feedback! Personally I find you as an honest man and you have a simple look at everything. You said we forgot returning your passport, but the fact that you forgot to do check out your room when you leave without notifying us, and you also forgot about payment for the room. Therefore, you didn't have passport that is understandable. Also when you ask whether there is ironing at the hotel or not, yes we have a regular/normal laundry service but that is not applicable for wedding clothes. There always have water at the lobby but you didn't ask. And it seems you forgot to inform us that your team would come to hotel from 2 AM to 4 AM to do things for you without prior notice, it caused some disturbance to other people at midnight.

Awesome

It's hard to find a hotel which has a manager who can communicate in English well but here it is. Thanks to him that we can get to know information about traveling in this city and Vietnam. Oh and the hotel is very nice, comfortable, near to big supermarket and we would like to stay here few days more.

Really pleasant stay

The hotel was really nice. We even extended our stay for one more night. The hotel Manger speaks really good English and was really helpful with everything. He even showed us a typical vietnamese food place and helped us with the order and everything. I would definitely go back there.
