The most pleasurable hotel we have ever been to! The location is 80 m away from the noisy street and is located in a heavenly quiet place. The room is clean with a kettle, fridge, conditioner, mirror, armchairs, beds and a wardrobe. It is 3
minutes walk from the beach. Very comfy!!! The staff is VERY friendly. The handsome receptionist helped us buy ferry and bus tickets, drove us to the ferry pier and checked that we safely sailed away. Then called the driver several times and made sure that he did pick us up by car to the bus station. Awesome service! Thanks a billion! Please do make a visit to this hotel so that you can experience the most amazing time in a hotel while enjoying the splendid island Phu Quoc!

firstly the staff were oh so unwelcoming especially at breakfast time the food was poor, the waiters were slow to clear tables and also i noticed that one of the staff preparing the food was smoking. no one ever said good morning to you or even smiled , i have traveled to many places but i have never seen such a unprofessional outfit.one day they had nearly run out of food by 7.45 in the morning and when i asked was there anything else they said no, and on the last day there a cupboard door fell of one of the high wardrobe and hit my friend on his leg cutting it. and when we told them in reception they were not that concerned. the worst place i have stayed at for a long time, mainly due to the unfriendliest attitude of the staff. would i ever stay there again ? NO

Really good location. Couple of minutes from the beach. Hotel pool was also nice. Friendly staff but difficulties to have service in english. Breakfast wasn't so great. Luckily there were lots of good restaurants nearby for breakfast. Room was clean and comfy.

The room was clean, and the hotel had great location near beach and the main town. The staff didn't speak English, but we used google translator to communicate with them and it worked just fine. Overall we had a great visit and I would recommend the hotel to others!
