The best place to stay for your holiday in Phu Quoc

Best price in Ong Lang area. There is a swimming pool which always in good condition with bungalows around. Friendly staffs, delicious food. Rental scooter service is available. Their villas have just been completed.I will choose it as the next holiday'option cause more suitable for a family,I think.

Noise nuisance / Unable to sleep

Experience incomprehensible in view of the positive comments that preceded it.
- Noise nuisance: when we arrived a DJ was practicing his techno music right next to our bungalow as if the place belonged to him.
Noise until early morning from various bungalows and from 4 am the DJ and his friend, back from the evening, set out on the terrace to finish their night. They were talking out loud with laughter. From what I understand they have been there for a month and sleep by day and live at night.
The bungalows are traditional and have no soundproofing. So it was like they were in our room.
There is no guard at night so they do what they want without thinking about other travelers.
Welcome: This is the first time in Vietnam that we have not had a bottle of water offered.
-Poor internet connection. You have to go to the reception to hope to have more or less adequate wifi.
No air conditioning: we had taken the family bungalow. No air conditioning as it is indicated in the Agoda ad. “If you don’t like it, you can leave,” we were told immediately.
-Dilapidated establishment. It is possible to find much better at the same price.
Conclusion: a place for disenchanted partygoers and hippies with no regard for people sleeping in bungalows nearby theirs.
Not recommended for families, couples and digital nomads.
The only positive thing is that they agreed to refund us the night we cancelled.

Exceptional value for money

Perfect place to rest, enjoy nature, bungalows and very pleasant common areas, near restaurants and shops, exceptional pool not only its size but also its cleanliness and water quality and all for a very interesting price

Wonderful

It is very beautiful and peaceful place that I have been hear, the people is so kind and lovely, they are very enthusiastic and cheerful, with cheap price and smimming pool, you feel extremely comfortable and enjoy your trip to the fullest while here
