Hotel with lots of Plus

Beautiful hotel. Well managed. Close to the see. The rooms are specious and clean. The staff is great and welcoming. Lots of plus: there are 2 restaurants, one coffee shop and even an hairdresser.

Great hotel for unexposed expectations

I stayed at this hotel with a bunch of friends. We went to sea every day, so the location close to the port was very convenient.
Honestly, rooms without design or luxury claims (I lived on the ground floor). A regular hotel room in remote parts of the world. A normal mattress, clean and good linens. There's a desk, a sofa, TV (but I never turned it on), a fridge. On the downside, there's a strange arrangement of outlets. The European outlets were only near the fridge and TV, away from the bed and the table. There were Americans near the table. By the bed there were lights on the nightstands, but there were no outlets nearby, so they were not working ))))) Good air conditioning in the room.
The bathroom has a shower enclosure. Hot water from a running heater, so there was no problem with it. There's no heating in the oxen shell, but that's not a problem for the tropics. Shampoo and shower gel are of poor quality, it is better to bring your own or buy in the store.
Very responsive staff, but since there is also a school for hotel staff on site, sometimes when students are standing at the reception, a more experienced staff member must be called. But everyone is trying to help.
Breakfast is very poor and boring: donats (tasty), fruit, some cookies, shop yogurt. But the hotel has an amazing restaurant that you always have to book for dinner. There's crazy delicious desserts. And you can buy them back tonight to bring them to breakfast. This changes the case dramatically!
There are several supermarkets nearby where you can buy everything you need.
Card payment is only Visa, but it's almost everywhere in town.

Great location, facilities and service

Location very good with lots of restaurants around, and number 02 microlet going past.
Staff were very helpful, both in terms of responses prior to my stay and during my stay.
The food was great. The breakfast had a good variety, lunches and dinners popular here so may need to book. Waiters very good. the cafe at the front also belongs to them. Good for coffee and snacks, otherwise its mainly pizza and Bintang served there.
Room service very good even if not needed. They tried to change soap, shampoo, conditioner daily until i advised not needed for myself. 2 Water bottles given daily.
Laundry service was surprisingly free and quick.
Hand held shower would not stay in holder. And when water on due to pressure kept wanting to spray towards the door.
Some nights/early morning water would bubble and rise from bathroom sink. Occasionally a smell too. Must be linked to the plumbing lines connecting all rooms.
Airport pickup was free.
Overall a great place to stay and even dining. Highly Recommended in Dili.

Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, excellent wifi (Starlink)facilities. Relative central in Dili. Dinner and breakfast very good! Will definitely go back if we get to Dili again. It was our daughter’s birthday and they made her the most amazing cake.
