Why would you stay anywhere else in Lusaka? This property is gorgeous, the staff was so kind and helpful. Daily housekeeping always ensured the room was immaculate. There is a nice gym, the food is excellent, pool is resort-quality. The airport shuttle is convenient, and the Wi-Fi connection was always stable and strong. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous, with a wide selection of local and more English-style dishes. Excellent value, and I would stay again!

How did you get 4☆ rating?

.The staff seemed sad and overworked. The manager was very arrogant & rude and did not care about mums happiness- even on her birthday. Smiled about mum being upset.
. There was a lot of maintenance in the hotel and the pool was undergoing maintenance & when I asked the manager about it he said it would not be working till after we left.
.Our 3 star hotels did a welcome drink and this hotel didn't. The 3 star hotels were prettier. And the view of this hotel was not nice from any of the rooms.
. Bed was lumpy,

. Didn't have airport shuttle but it says website they do.
. Didn't have taxis and the staff used an app on their phones for booking transport that doesn't take a uk number so we could not download it. When I asked if we could have the number of a normal taxi driver they said not that they didn't have that. But the new hotel we went to had plenty of normal, professional taxi drivers that we could use

Very helpful and courteous staff. Value for money comparing the rate paid and the quality of the services. The rooms are not carpeted which I personally liked. Good choice for breakfast. The gym was decent. The only drawback is about dinner at the restaurant - the food was average and the service was quite slow. Apart from that, I would likely stay there again.

Well suited for both business and pleasure stops and located. Well with the city area of Lusaka . Generally quiet . Concerns are acted upon promptly . Well-varied breakfast choice .

Great place to stay - wonderful hospitality.

Wonderful hospitality - Thank you very much Manager Dgukan and his team! My departure flight was a bit late and they were very kind enough to let me extend my check out for additional 1hr. Appreciate your kindness. I stayed here for 3 nights between my trip and I was very pleased with cleanness, comfort and value for the money. Spa massage was excellent. Good breakfast and bed was very comfortable. Pick up from the Lusaka airport was smooth - a driver with my name sheet. I would stay here again and recommend others!
