My Stay at Cresta Lodge

I always come to Cresta Lodge for the peace and quiet, especially because I work online. Unfortunately, my recent stay was different. On Thursday, 27 August, there was a function with extremely loud music that sounded more like a concert, making it impossible to work. I had to leave and find somewhere quiet. I wouldn’t have minded as much if this had been on a Friday evening or over the weekend.
Another issue was room service. If you order food and are owed change, you have to follow up yourself. I ordered food on Tuesday and was told my change would be brought to me, but I only received it after following up on Thursday.
I hope the hotel can improve on these areas, as peace, quiet and good service are some of the reasons I keep coming back.

Weekend stay at Cresta Lodge Harare

The Lodge is about 8km from Harare C
BD.its ideal for those who want to get away from the hustle & bustle of Harare city centre. The rooms are clean with a fresh ambiance.

Thank you Cresta Lodge Harare!

We had a lovely stay at Cresta Lodge Harare. The staff was very kind and friendly. Our accommodations were comfortable and clean. The atmosphere at Cresta Lodge Harare is very calming and relaxing. Also, its location was conveniently within about 20 minutes of many great places in Harare. I recommend staying at this beautiful hotel and will definitely be back!

Restuarant review

There was something very wrong with the "chicken" at the restaurant. It was very hard and had a purplish red undertone.

Friendly staff, reception, waiters etc. Clean room. Well priced.
Experienced noise due to room proximity to cleaning staff doors. Water was never properly hot in shower only just warm. Nice property.
