Úžasná rodina, velmi čistý a skvělý hotel! Perfektní místo v Sarandě! Milovat

Vrátím se
Úžasná rodina, která vlastní tento hotel, vítá a opravdu pečuje o své hosty. Velmi čisté - jak pokoje, tak okolí. Skvělé jídlo a wifi! Dostali také nejsladšího psa. Doporučujeme!

Skvělá zkušenost

Majitelé jsou velmi přátelští lidé. Přátelská atmosféra, čistá místnost, chutné a tradiční pokrmy, dobře situované a snadno dostupné, dobré ceny, nedaleký obchod.
Těšíme se na to, abychom tam šli znovu.

BAD

Family run, but the rooms are very old, the bathroom is all one, the shower practically over the sink, which means once you take a shower everything is wet. They fix the rooms every other day WHEN THEY DO IT. We accepted that condition but on the 2nd day when we returned to the room at 8pm SURPRISE the room was in disarray and the cleaning lady said she forgot to clean it!! And not to mention the breakfast prepared in a camper stove and everything bought in the supermarket, unwrapped and put on plates as they do. I asked for tea and they charged me the fee with no minus a saucer. Plus I'm not able to put order with the other guests, people arrive at midnight and make noise as if it's daytime.
TO CONCLUSION YES AND POSSIBLY AVOID IT

Don’t go !

I don’t recommend! We booked it trough the phone with 2 months in advance. We kindly asked if they need money upfront for the 6 rooms to be booked. The lady told us is no need and we can pay at the hotel in the arriving day, also we received trough the email the confirmation . With 2 weeks before our trip, we called the hotel to reconfirm, and we have been told her mother give the rooms , and this is what happens if are you trying to get the rooms cheaper and you are not booking trough booking.com.
It did ruined our holiday , I sincerely do not recommend!

One of the family!! WARM. FRIENDLY, CARING.... I arrived VERY early - no problem - the family welcomed me with smiles and made me comfortable while serving me a delicious breakfast while my room was prepared. MOM and DAD do not speak English but the children do. MOM arranged for a driver to take me to the various tourist sites in the area. Their daughter Resilda volunteered to be my tour guide since I do not speak Albanian. I tried to pay her, but she refused. So I took her to lunch. On the day of my departure, MOM sent Resilda with me to the bus station to make sure that I got on the correct bus. Resilda arranged for a cousin to pick me up at the bus station when I arrived that evening in Tirane. I also had to promise that I would call once I was safely in my hotel room that night. I do not know when I will return to Albania, but when I do, I will DEFINATELY head to Hotel Rixhi in Sarande.
