Beautiful modern hotel
This is a modern hotel with exceptional amenities. Rooms are designed and built to a very high standard. We stayed in the family room with a jacuzzi in the balcony, which was a nice addition. Breakfast is excellent, although there is zero variety day to day. After 4 days, it can be repetitive.
The Mediterranean restaurant is very good. There is another restaurant serving sushi and meat - although we did not try. Pool is nice, but not very large and can be overcrowded with kids.
Overall, an excellent stay.

Stay away, no luxury service at all
ZERO STARS. Absolute scam, zero empathy, and the worst customer service in Albania.
Stay away from Prado Luxury Hotel! This is a completely unprofessional, fishy operation that has no business being in hospitality.
Beware: they charge the full amount upfront at the time of reservation with a completely predatory "no refund" policy for emergency cancellations. According to their rules, you apparently need to predict a medical emergency 2 weeks in advance. We had a severe, unexpected health emergency in the family that forced us to cancel our entire overseas trip to Albania. Every single hotel that we had reservations at along the Albanian coast showed compassion and refunded us —except Prado Luxury Hotel.
When you give them an inch, they take a mile. There is no customer service here—just an unprofessional, unhelpful place that doesn't care about guests. The lady on the phone doesn't know anything about the process; she needs to talk to the finance department (I bet they don't have one). When we asked to speak with someone in the finance department, they couldn't put us through to anyone; then they just texted us on WhatsApp to let us know about the no-refund policy for emergencies. Albania. Calling themselves a "luxury" place is an absolute joke; it operates more like a circus. Luxury customer service replaced by an unprofessional WhatsApp text. I believe "luxury" means operating in a new construction building for this business. They do not even have an existing customer service or email system for confirmations, bookings, etc.
Save your money, your sanity, and your time. Book somewhere else that actually respects, values, and cares for its customers- a real hospitality place.

From beginning to end, this place is completely fishy and unprofessional. The entire operation feels like a scam designed to trick guests and extract extra money at every turn. They seem to think they are the smartest business in the room and that their customers are stupid.
The trouble started before we even arrived—the booking process was a complete nightmare, and their cancellation policy is an absolute joke. Once you’re in their system, good luck getting any honest assistance. Their customer service is hands-down the rudest, most disrespectfully cheap, and unreliable service I have ever experienced. They try to tack on hidden charges for everything and treat you like a hassle rather than a paying guest.
There is zero respect for customers here. It feels less like hospitality and more like highway robbery. With this level of shady, dishonest, and appalling management, good luck with finding long term costumers. Save your time, your money, and your sanity—book anywhere else!

exceptional stay
My stay at Prado Luxury Hotel in Himarë was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience.
The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything Himarë has to offer.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Every interaction was friendly and professional, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and luxurious.
The service was the best, especially from Julian Pire the head waiter at the fish restaurant.
When I left, I forgot my wallet. They called me and they made sure I received my wallet. That was absolutely very much. Appreciate it.
