Everything is fine

The hotel was very good and comfortable, I suggest you to go, the behavior of the staff was very good, the room was very comfortable, the toilet was very clean, the restaurant had an outside breakfast, usually good, well done Hotel Aurelis..

hotel were accomodating

After a rescheduled Ryanair flight we literally got dumped at this hotel late at night.The receptionist was a young man who was very polite when dealing with the disgruntled mass arriving. The rooms are very basic but clean, they smell of smoke but I presume that's still ok here.
The staff were very pleasant throughout and the food was really lovely.. especially when the boss cooked lunch. Very tasty and best aubergine and bread we had on the entire trip.
It was noisy overnight but I can't blame the hotel for that... That was our fellow Scots from Dumfries having a party lol.

Nice and welcoming staff

Nice and welcoming staff , our flight was late and after waiting for over 11h at the airport they finally got us an hotel room. The gentleman at the reception , Gelsi was really nice and polite considering the situation and the amount of people who needed to get accommodation with short notice , he was really nice and handled really well . Thanks for making us feeling welcomed.

Not recommended as Hotel, this is a Motel

Our arrival seemed nice as we were greeted by our chauffeur who took us to our destination, upon arrival we were flabbergasted when he turned into what appeared to be a garage, the hotel was nothing close to 4star as on reviews nor did it look like it in reality, we were grossly disappointed we tried not to judge the situation harshly or based on other experiences that were actually 4star but it was unbearable and unavoidable.
We then entered to book in and the disappointment continued as the front desk attendant gave us our key guided us to our room the room was small and laid bare infront of us as if a room only to be used for a 1 night stay no longer, there was no refrigerator and when asked for one we were told it doesn't cool things(shocking) let's move on, the room didn't have toiletry we had to borrow from another vacant room, we had absolutely NO VIEW! Let's move on to breakfast, we were again filled with more disappointment as the options were grossly limited and the taste seem to need to be ordered separately as it was lacking any taste, apparently the small cup of chocolate tea that could finish in one sip had to be ordered separately (another shocker) we didn't stay long as we left for another hotel in Durress then just returned to check out, I don't recommend this to be on any holiday experience website as a hotel this is a MOTEL, do not mislead people into thinking otherwise as we overspent on something that wasn't worth it and this can avoid misunderstanding in the first place, everything about the experience could've been a little less painful if customer service was pinpoint and this was labelled correctly and placed in the correct category.

Nice Hotel Nice Staff but No Real Innkeepes

The location is good since it is beside the highway which goes directly to city center less than 15 minutes drive, and less than 10 minutes to airport, lots of oxygen and a great weather since it is down the mountain and you may even walk out of a hotel for a very nice moderate hiking through a genuine village with beautiful outlook over the city, rooms are big and spacious, there is no lift for the upper floors and you should climb the stairs, so if you have problem ask for a room in first floor, the main problem with this hotel is that nobody speaks English, and the nice staff do not know how a hotel runs so do not expect the orderly routines.
