terrible hotel
This hotel is a pathetic establishment, totally dishonest, full of prejudice and malice. The staff knocks on the door constantly early in the morning to wake you up to clean the room, simply because there was a pack of cigarettes in my room. Without any prior verification, the front desk demanded a fine of 30,000 dinars from me.
Furthermore, the breakfast service employees do not spontaneously inform you about the availability of omelets... This stay was a nightmarish experience in this country.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Guest Treatment
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was genuinely disappointing.
After completing three flights and with two more flights still ahead of me, I booked a room simply to get a few hours of rest before continuing my journey. As any traveler would expect, I was hoping for a smooth check-in process and basic hospitality. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The reception staff showed very little professionalism or empathy. Instead of welcoming an exhausted guest and helping resolve an issue, I was met with an unfriendly attitude and a complete lack of customer service. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no attempt to make the situation easier.
The biggest issue involved the payment process. My reservation was made through Booking.com, yet upon arrival I was informed that the booking had not been paid and that I had to settle the payment immediately before being allowed access to the room. As someone arriving from a long international journey, without carrying large amounts of cash, this created unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
What made matters worse was a discrepancy in the final amount charged. My booking confirmation showed a total of 150,000 DZD, but I was asked to pay 162,500 DZD upon arrival. To this day, I have not received a satisfactory explanation for the difference.
A hotel can face operational issues, but what truly defines hospitality is how staff handle those situations. Unfortunately, in this case, guest comfort seemed to be the last priority.
I cannot recommend this property based on my experience. Travelers arriving after long journeys should be aware that they may encounter a very different level of service than what is expected from a hospitality establishment.

A feedback for Anissa at reception
I would like to thank all the staff of the establishment, Nifisa, Sonia, and the entire team.
The only downside was the unprofessional behavior of a receptionist named Anisa at the front desk, who addresses customers in a condescending manner without tact or kindness.
She should know that it is indeed the customers who pay her salary and that she should learn from her professional colleagues about politeness and to smile, especially with courteous and respectful clients.
