Positive feedback
This hotel was paired in May 2026. Lived on the 11th floor with stunning city views. The hotel is located in the centre of Yerevan. I recommend you stay.

A Stylish Budget Stay in the Heart of Yerevan
ibis Yerevan Center Hotel is a beautiful, affordable, and charming option located right in the heart of Yerevan.
You can easily reach the hotel by car directly to the entrance, and it is located less than a one-minute walk from Northern Avenue, one of the most popular pedestrian and shopping streets in the city, full of shops, cafés, and lively atmosphere. From the hotel, it’s also very easy to walk around the central streets and enjoy the beauty of downtown Yerevan.
The hotel lobby is quite nice and welcoming. However, when we arrived, there was a very long queue for check-in, and only two reception staff handling everything quite slowly. We had to wait more than 30 minutes, which unfortunately created a poor first impression.
During check-in, a deposit of around 40–50 thousand Armenian dram is required (they do not accept USD or other currencies), which is then returned at checkout.
The breakfast was surprisingly good for an economical hotel, with a decent variety and enjoyable quality.
The room was quite small but very charming and clean. The bathroom was minimalist, modern, and also very clean — exactly what I expect from a budget hotel done well.
Overall, if I return to Yerevan, this hotel will definitely remain one of my options, as it feels slightly above a typical 3-star or budget property while still offering good value in a prime location.

Hotel was in general okay, very nice & polite staff. Room’s carpet dirty & lots of stains on it, no piece of paper & pen in the room,

5-6 years ago this was 10 out of 10 hotel for its class. Now I would give only 8 out of 10 as the facility needs some upgrades to keep up with the market.

Good hotel. Awful people.
The hotel is OK.
It was clean, although the rooms are too small. It's got a good access to the city center. Breakfast was not bad.
My actual complaint is about the awful behavior I witnessed by one of the bartenders.
I asked for a cup of Iranian tea, and he rudely said: There is no such thing as Iranian tea !!!
I'm requesting the hotel's manager to make this little dude take this course "TEA 101: Introduction to Tea" to learn more about his job.
I witnessed the same kind of unbelievably rude behavior by many other people in Armenia, which turned my experience into a completely negative one.
It was clean, although the rooms are too small. It's got a good access to the city center. Breakfast was not bad.
