Quiet cozy relaxation silence respect for all safety happiness
We've been going for years. The quiet, tranquility is clean and safe, cozy, the staff is very pleasant to the little care, the ceremonies are numerous, detail there is soap in the showers, it is very family. And the restaurant is delicious. Very good value for money and possible to book last minute thank you

Lamentable
Reservation made for the night from Saturday to Sunday 17 January to 18 January. After our wedding we booked a night at this hotel. We showed up after our wedding night and were greeted as clean evils by two people in shorts and tongue who didn't even open the door. After a few minutes of discussion, they called a "manager" and asked us to speak with this "manager" behind the front door!!!! Totally scandalous!!!
We went home without being able to enjoy our night!!
Hotel not to recommend! Able to make the most beautiful evening of a lifetime a real nightmare!

Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre nuit n’ait pas pu se dérouler comme vous l’espériez, d’autant plus dans le contexte d’un jour aussi important qu’un mariage.
Nous tenons toutefois à corriger certains éléments. Vous n’avez à aucun moment parlé avec un responsable. La personne contactée cette nuit-là faisait partie de l’équipe de nettoyage de nuit, et n’était évidemment ni habilitée ni en mesure de gérer une arrivée tardive ou d’ouvrir la réception en dehors des heures prévues.
Comme indiqué sur notre site internet et dans nos e-mails de confirmation, le check-in est possible jusqu’à minuit. Nous ne disposons pas d’une réception ouverte 24h/24.
Lors de votre réservation, aucune heure précise d’arrivée n’a été communiquée. Nous avons tenté de vous joindre par téléphone afin de connaître votre heure d’arrivée, sans réponse.
Lorsqu’un client prévoit une arrivée vers 3 heures du matin, il est tout à fait logique — et c’est le cas dans pratiquement tous les hôtels — d’en informer l’établissement à l’avance, afin de voir si une solution peut être envisagée. Nous sommes un hôtel à taille humaine, et non un établissement disposant d’une réception permanente.
Il est évidemment regrettable que votre nuit n’ait pas pu avoir lieu, mais nos horaires de fermeture sont clairement communiqués à plusieurs reprises lors de la réservation, et sans contact préalable pour convenir d’un arrangement, nous ne pouvions malheureusement pas faire autrement.
Nous restons malgré tout ouverts à un échange constructif si vous souhaitez nous contacter directement.

To refresh and heat!
We are regulars at this hotel and these terms that we previously gave a rating of four to five stars
However, over the years, the situation has deteriorated...
Prices have gone up, but it must be admitted that the previously so beautiful rooms could well use a refreshment! The carpet is completely worn and stained in places, the furniture is wobbly and the mattress keeps track of the many hand-to-hand that it has had to bear the load....
This winter was for us a revelation in the wrong sense of the word because in addition it is the first time that we are really cold in the room.... Of course it was cold outside, but the rooms are freezing and it takes at least two hours from the small fire for the temperature to be really pleasant. An attic for thermal baths!
It does not mention the bathroom that because of the large bay window and the absence of heat spots is literally freezing! Take a shower and come out wet and we are sure to get sick!! It literally ruined our stay because the advantage of these terms and precisely to be able to relax in the simplest device and not to wrap up in a bathrobe by the fire as we could do at home.
This is also true in the terms proper where this is the first year we can say we were cold! Whether in the water or out of the water! Of course it was cold outside, they can’t do anything about it, but they don’t compensate by heating the water more so we lose several degrees, and again it’s not at all the relaxation we used to!
For us, it is decided, we will not come back in winter, if we return.
