Convenient location

Not really like hotel but homestay. Convenient location and have nice view. Price also reasonable. Comfortable and quiet. Host also nice. Good for staying

Fire safety!!

Ideal location, although not always possible to park outside you can park 10 mins away by the station.
This had a youth hostel sort of vibe with a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. Next to the kitchen was a winding scafolding type staircase with no gard rail on one side, this led up to a rickety wooden staircase. Our twin room was on the 3rd floor at the back of the house. Quieter than the river side of the house. The room itself was okay. The sheets were 'bobbly' and pillows not too clean but mattress was comfortable. It was clean enough. The shower ran cool and then very hot. What really concerned me was: Missing smoke alarms, a dangerous staircase and a light that glowed even when switched off, obviously wired wrong. I spent the night trying to work out how we would get out if there was a fire. Basically you jump from the 3rd floor on to the road.

Poor.

I have rarely stayed in such poor conditions. The location is excellent, but that is about it.
A type of construction ladder leads extremely steeply into the narrow staircase. Not really feasible with a suitcase.
Extremely cramped room with almost no outlets. The bed is very soft but acceptable, if only it had been clean (hair).
The bathroom is even tighter, you can hardly move. Only to be used alone. Smells of mold, perhaps also due to the large water stains on the ceiling. The walls are quite dirty and would benefit from a coat of paint.
Very stuffy, sleeping with the window open is difficult due to the very loud street.
A disgrace for the money.

Ideal location!!!

We had a great stay at the cottage Les neighbours de Mr Sax in Dinant! The owner is particularly attentive and makes sure to provide all the necessary information for everything to go smoothly. He even offered us an option that offered more comfort for a little extra, and we absolutely don’t regret accepting: it was definitely worth it!
The little more appreciable; tea and coffee available in the kitchen!
The location is simply ideal, right in the city center, making it easy to enjoy Dinant on foot. We highly recommend this cottage!

The cottage was spotless, clean, and spacious. The room on the Meuse side in the evening
