Basic with a lot of flaws.

We booked this hotel for 1 night, during our bike ride green belt around Brussels. Ideal in terms of location, very friendly reception and also digital check-out is convenient.
Otherwise a very basic room with a lot of flaws: torn sheets, socket hangs out of the wall, kitchenette not clean, fridge does not work,..
Breakfast is very minimal and hardly replenished.
Have the idea that a lot needs to be invested in all areas to get this back a bit more comfortable and contemporary...
For us it was good for what it was supposed to serve and fortunately only for 1 night;

Hotel Rastelli Tervuren

The room was neat, nice terrace.
Air conditioning is still advisable... with a fan you can not cool the room.
No power outlet next to the bed, annoying if you want to charge your phone.
Breakfast is correct but the same every day.

Could be better

For that money I expected a bit more finishing. Socket that was a bit loose on the wall, no air conditioning, had problems getting one lamp next to the bed out, no fridge in the room, water ran in the bath but very slowly. So there are still some points that should be addressed. But good distance from the market and friendly madam

Bad

Unfriendly, rooms far too hot
Pillow and mattress very bad and worn. To never come back. Breakfast didn't go with my family. Got in reply that she couldn't handle the noise

Ideally located hotel, but aging…

The hotel is ideally located, with convenient parking and spacious rooms. On the other hand, the structure is aging (defective and non-functional electrical outlets, etc.), the staff is absolutely not accommodating or friendly, and the price of the breakfast at €15 applies equally to both adults and children aged 7... and this is non-negotiable...
