Disappointed
But what was my surprise when I entered the room
The room is very tired, there are no slippers, no robe, chips on the walls and doors, there is not even a telephone to contact the reception for questions, but the audibility in the room simply amazed me when you hear the guest relieving himself in the next room. It's just a nightmare!
The room was a single standard, in the photo and in the description there is one bed, in fact the room does not correspond to the photo and description in the room there are two beds. I was not notified about the changes
I don’t understand why basic cosmetic issues, putty and paint can’t be fixed, there are just stains on the walls, the doors can also be repaired.
The quality of room cleaning is a separate matter; the plumbing fixtures are very poorly cleaned.

Well, you are not ready to provide a robe and slippers, so include them in the price for an additional fee, normal guests will pay, and you will earn money.
You have a restaurant in the complex, but an order can only be made by going down to the reception, because there is no possibility of room service and, in general, communication with the reception or restaurant, although you can also make money on this, as has long been done all over the World.
Breakfast can also not be ordered in the room and coffee cannot be ordered in the room upon early check-out, but why can’t additional services be introduced for an additional fee????
After all, your guests (guests) are not residents of the city, but people most often from other countries and cities who are willing to pay for the service and their comfort! And I’ll tell you more, most guests are accustomed to the fact that this can be done in a normal, average hotel.
If you don’t want to provide comfort for free, then sell it to people who care and need it!

I am ashamed that I see in the city where I lived before, the service seems to have stopped somewhere in 2015 and does not want to develop. Maybe it’s enough to look up to the city and go beyond the limitations, analyze the market of megacities at least in neighboring countries and become the best in your city, and not this, what I’m seeing now!
This place is not about a personal brand, not about development and not about service, what I see is about soulless making money without respect for your guest!!!

Nice hotel but not in the center
with flat tv screen
the staff is nice
good quality for the price
the breakfast is not so good and rather poor. could be improved
it is also very convenient as you have a restaurant next to the hotel which is quite popular
to be recommended.
