Great hotel

The hotel left only a pleasant experience. Clean, spacious rooms, and most importantly quiet, excellent renovation. breakfasts are very delicious and varied. The favor was particularly pleasing. We'll definitely come back here again.

Simple hotel

The hotel is very simple, without sophistication. The location is not very comfortable, far from the center and main attractions of Minsk, only by taxi. Rooms are clean, comfortable. Except the audibility is very strong, you can hear doors slamming all over the floor until midnight. And then there's the Spa. There's a lot of people. We got here at 7:30. There are no free sunbeds, no Jacuzzi, no sauna and no hamam queue. I used to rest in a hotel in the first place, where queues ))). In general, you can sleep in the hotel, but do not count on rest and relaxation.

Dont stay at this Hotel

I do not recommend staying at this hotel to any tourist. The staff treats us very rudely. They do not provide any assistance even when we need help. Especially the rude lady at the reception. Even though I have stayed here several times, they did not provide any service.

Ruined Christmas 06-07/01/2026 for us and our friends

Ruined Christmas on 06-07/01/2026 for us and our friends. 06/01 arrived tired after the road with border, traffic and snowfall. They arrived around 4:00. Called in advance and found out if the restaurant was open to eat. They said the restaurant was open until 10:00 p.m.
They came to find out that one restaurant in the other building was open until 4:00 p.m. and was already closed. And the second banquet doesn't work until 6:00 p.m. Why was the phone told otherwise? “Sorry we did not meet your expectations. Yandex delivery to help.” Hungry and angry after the drive, they went to find a cafe nearby. Two hours later, back, let's go to the spa.
The spa is a large swimming pool and a small hamam and a Russian bath for 8 people. Because there is no time limit, everyone is packed in the evening. As a result, the pool is teeming and the spa is so crowded that there's a queue for the sauna.
They said that you can order dinner at the spa after 18:00 - as a result, the restaurant phone did not answer.
Came at 8:10 p.m. to a restaurant in the evening where six tables were taken. And that's with a full hotel. There was a waitress running around who was busy. After three reminders at 8:40 p.m., another waiter came up and said the wait was over an hour. This could be said immediately to hungry people (friends in the cafe did not go and waited in the hotel for the opening of the restaurant). They just left in the end.
You only get one card at check-in, so if someone is in the spa and you need to go to your room - it won't work. We have to wait for the maid on the floor for her to open.
Room and breakfast are normal. The service is at the level of the early 2000s in Russia.
The worst spa I've ever had. I don't recommend him.

Мы признаем, что в праздничный период могли иметь место сбои в информировании о работе ресторанов, перегруженность СПА-зоны и задержки в обслуживании, что недопустимо. New Year

Moved here from another hotel (checked out earlier for a number of reasons)
We've stayed in Victoria spa before, but this time we decided to try another option, which we ended up disappointed in...(
in Victoria quickly settled, all on the level, breakfasts are great, the pool is clean, the baths are really small, but we fit )))
Child your hotel really likes :) thank you for your attention, and souvenirs for New Year :)
