0* Dirty and Dilapidated
Upon arrival, we went to our room which hadn't been cleaned, bedding not changed etc.... We were then moved to room number 2, which was dirty, mouldy, broken bed, dirty pillow cases and stained sheets and half used toiletries. We had one night in this room before water started pouring out from the air conditioning unit above the bed, which soaked everything. We can were then moved to our third room. So, for a 3 night stay we were allocated 3 different rooms. This room has a TV that didn't work and a kettle which was broken and permanently on, so had to keep unplugging from the wall to turn it off. We never had housekeeping on all 3 days of our stay.
Breakfast was disgusting, the coffee machines didn't work and the little food they put out was stale and probably left over from the previous day. You wouldn't even feed it to a dog, as didn't look fit for human consumption. I also thought the roll of kitchen roll in place of napkins really shows how low end this hotel is. So, even though we booked breakfast for our stay, we had to go out for breakfast every morning. Thankfully, there was as lovely bakery and a coffee shop in close walking distance.
You get an idea of how bad this hotel is upon arrival as it looks dirty, broken barriers and staff just sit out in the smoking area and not doing much. Certainly not preparing fresh breakfast or cleaning rooms.
I don't know how the hotel gives itself 4 stars, I'd have given it zero had I been able to. This hotel is easily one of the worst hotels we've stayed at in the 35 European countries we've visited so far. AVOID!!!

Basic and good value for the price
Excellent location just few steps from old Sarajevo centre - Baščaršija and from the tram station. Windows are not keeping the street noise out. If you get room overlooking the small parking lot, a strong reflector will illuminate your night as the curtains are not very tick and they don't cover whole window.
If you would like to have a ride in huge elevator for cars, this is the place :)
For the low price it is a very good value.
