Wonderful Stay at Hotel Residence Promenade in a Perfect Location

The stay at Hotel Residence Promenade was truly wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and fully met all expectations. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, with the sea just nearby and many good restaurants within easy walking distance. Thank you for the excellent service and such a pleasant experience. A highly recommended hotel for anyone looking for comfort, quality, a great location, and outstanding hospitality.

Lovely Small Hotel by the Black Sea

Very nice small hotel in a great location near the sea and shopping and restaurants. The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were great. We didn't have any trouble parking next to the hotel when we arrived, although we did not leave the hotel with the car while we stayed there. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We thought that the breakfast, which runs from 8:30 to 10:30, could be improved.

This hotel was perfect apart from two thing

Great room, beautiful decor. Amazing views across the Black Sea. The softest most comfortable beds ever.
On that it should score a 5.
The downsides.
Very low water pressure made washing difficult.
Wheelchair accessible it is not. They advertise it is.
Access was a narrow ramp with a large potted shrub blocking it, and a door that opened from the wrong hinge, so I had to go past, someone open the door and I had to then manoeuvre on the narrow ramp.
No grab rails or shower seat.

Hotel stay ruined by ant infestation in room

Booked 2 nights 25/27 September in seaview room. Reception had reserved parking when we arrived late evening. First impressions were good of room but after eating we returned to find some insects crawling all over and under the glass surface on cabinet that sugar, tea coffee etc were laid out on. Foolishly thought these were mosquitoes as window was left open. Reported to young male receptionist next morning who shrugged and said ‘seasonal’ and would spray room. On second evening discovered even more insects some now crawling on bed. Reported to receptionist who came up with spray. We refused to stay in room and were given an inferior room (33) with no view. The problem was compounded by language barriers.I emailed booking.com ‘customer service’ HaHa!!! No response. Emailed hotel requesting partial refund. No response. Potentially this was a nice room in a well located situation, breakfast was mediocre, but our stay was ruined by an infestation of ants in the room. Our experience was far from 5 star

Not worth the money and well off the five stars that it has.

We arrived at 13:30 and since check in is at 14:00 we went for a coffee in the restaurant. At 14:30 one of the rooms was still not ready for check in. We were guests at the hotel in the past and the complimentary minibar this time was reduced to a bare minimum. The breakfast is far off from a five star hotel. The only fruits available in the middle of summer were apples and bananas. The variety of the rest of the breakfast is again very limited for a five star hotel. In the room the wallpaper has started to torn off in a few places. In total, I would say the hotel quality has definitely worsened since our last stay yet the price is well above the other five star hotels in the city.

Thank you for your answer. The check-in is after 14p.m. The complimentary minibar is the same like before: bottles of water, different type of italian coffee, different type of teas, wine, sprite and cookies. Unfortunately guests do not take care of the hotel property and in the summer it is impossible to make repairs.
