Review of hotel

Bad hotel not friendly at the desk know nothing no answer have no responsible manager
In restaurant no place are almost 100 people waiting in line and then no more food always the same The pool is on the street side dangerous for the little ones You can play with no ball or something like that no animation nothing
Children who can swim should not be alone in pool lifesaver is not a real he limps and can almost not walk much night noise in hotel
Definitely not booking this hotel

Never Again !!!

Dont belive them, internet is not for free, you have to Pay 7 lew per day, and its very slow.
Many People are sick (ill) because of bad quality of water and food. Rooms are very old, with mushrooms on the wall. Air conditioner is propably also unclear.

Awful!

Absolutely horrible experience!! Nothing worked, most things in the room were broken, they didn't listen to our complaints at the reception. There is a lot of noise and an awful lot of people in and around the hotel. We were supposed to have a sea view room but it was on the first floor so we could only see the roof of the reception and the trees. Unfortunately, teenagers from the Polish organization TOGO.TO were still with us in the hotel and they made noise from morning till night. Food boring and tasteless. At the bar, they put everything in plastic dishes, but there are no trash anywhere, so it's a mess everywhere. Never more!

Wouldn't stay if it was free.

The hotel sits in a favourable position, being close to the beach and the 'nightlife'. The lifts are questionable, as there are only 2 and one has a mind of its own. The rooms are large, spacious but are extremely dated. Could definitely do with some money being spent on them.
We were all inclusive and to be honest, it was only just about worth it. The breakfast was definitely the best meal of the day, lunch and evening meal were extremely debatable. Queues to get food were ridiculous, the only thing worth eating at lunch and evening meal was the salad. Very limited drink selection, very small pool and nowhere near enough outside space for the size of the hotel. Not a very family friendly place, way too many teenagers. Some of the staff were miserable and could barely muster a smile. Personally I wouldn't return here even if it was free!

Disgusting rooms awful food terrible service

Absolutely disgusting embarrassed to say where I stayed, Bulgaria is a beautiful country but this hotel is filthy the food is disgusting and the service is terrible
Never ever again!
Avoid at all costs
Needs to be shut down environmental health would have a field day here!
My 6yo grandson found medication on the floor of our room (thank god he gave it to me) my children haven’t ate at the restaurant since arriving here as the food is just not acceptable we are paying to eat out every day after paying an all inclusive price for this place,
Rooms are mouldy,
We have been told we would be fined if we push anyone in the pool (which we haven’t used) but the staff do it to each other on a regular,
No food or drink in rooms yet a fridge is there for you to use for what? Your shoes! :(
Worst hotel I ever stayed in and staff not keen on our family cos we let them know…. If your going to Bulgaria stay well away from hotel gladiola 3 star it doesn’t even deserve half a star! DISGRACEFUL
