GREAT SEA VIEW, NICE RELAXING LOCATION

Me and my wife spend a week here, what a fabulous view from the 5th floor apartment.
Every early evening time the birds did a show for it was amazing, the location is really nice. Not in the actual resort of Golden sands but just outside which we thought was great, nice an quiet of a night. Also we had the benefit of being close to Chaika beach (cabacum beach which was less busy and better value). Here you are very close to the sea just down the hill at the back of the pool, there are steps down to Riviera Beach. The apartment was well equipped and great condition. All together a great holiday.

With family.

Rather old building.Need repairing.In 2019 doesn't exist spa, restaurant,bar, laundromat, training room.Good location not far from strand and Golden sands.Small store inside building.Direct service with Triumph taxi Varna.

+ NICE VIEW, CLEAN ROOMS BUT STAFF + FOOD NOT GOOD

Nikea Park is situated in the woodland behind Riviera Beach Hotel next to Golden Sands, It's a Nice area just outside of all the hustle and bustle of Golden Sands with fantastic views to the sea if you get a 3rd floor or higher. The rooms are modern and clean with good air conditioning in both living room and bedroom, ours was 4th floor overlooking the pool. We had great views to the sea and got the sun all morning.
These are privately owned apartments so are kept in good condition, i'd say 250m from the sea as the crow flies. It takes about 10 mins to walk to the nearest beach through the back of the apartments down steps so not ideal for people with walking disabilities. There is a bus apparently that comes past but we never used it.
We went for one meal it was very bland so i would not recommend eating there but there is a nice restaurant about 5 mins walk away down the back steps. Forget the staff they are not very helpful so if you looking for a nice quiet base which is close to the sea to get out and about these are good apartments. If you like your hotel/apartments to have all and staff on hand with good food forget them.

The hotel is far away from the beach and the food is awful

It for the first time when I'm writing an review due to fact that this is year I'm looking for a location to spend my holiday and I'm taking in consideration the reviews from this site.That's why I'm considering that my review can be helpfully for some people. I spend my holiday from 2010 in Bulgary and I was accommodated to Hotel Nikea Park.
The hotel is fine ,the rooms looks goods and aircon is for free but the food is terrible.We ate everyday almost the same food ,no variety ,no FRUITS ,no soft drinks.The main menu included cooked vegetables bought from trade ,awful meat and potatoes . There was water from dispenser and a kind juice awful.
The nice beach is far away from hotel and you have to down a lots of stairs to arrive to the beach due to fact that the hotel is in the mountains ... If you walk 12 minutes you will found a small beach ,unimproved ,without music and with only several people.
The resort Golden Sands is around 35 minute far away from the hotel and it is not a nice walk ...the way is without light ,so latest in the night is terrible to came back to the hotel.
The only advantage is that was very cheap ..so you can choose this hotel if you are coming with the car or you like very much to walk at step, but for sure don't choose to eat on this hotel ..

Fajny hotel, przeciętna lokalizacja.

Hotel bardzo zadbany, pokoje wyremontowane, wyposażenie nowe. Jedzenie było ok, może trochę monotonne. Basen mógłby być większy. Hotel daleko od centrum Złotych Piasków, ale plaża blisko. Sam hotel bardzo dobry, ale lokalizacja bardzo przeciętna, jak na wypad ze znajomymi. Sklep blisko hotelu.
