Everything is excellent
Really, I mean it. The place has a great location, pretty colse to the beach and many rooms with sea view (maybe all, I can't say for sure). The building is new, the furniture is new and very nice. Our terrace was great, spacious, with great view to the sea. The room (and the whole place, actually) is very clean and well taken care of. Beds are comfortable.
The hosts are absolutely lovely, all of them. Relaxed, very responsive and friendly. Some of the best hosts I have met. (Nikola, Tomo and the ladies, Thank you!)
I would definitely return here.

Great accommodation in Sveti Stefan. Excellent quality / price ratio.
Wonderful hosts! The building seems newe and it is very well taken care of, it is very clean and well managed. We had a wonderul view to the sea. It is vey close to the beach, just a few stairs. Nikolo, Tomo and everyone was very kind and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. You do have parking.

Easy to relax
We spent 10 days in a 2 bedroomed flat. Small, but perfectly adequate bedrooms, shower room and a bonus extra toilet, large, air-conditioned lounge, small kitchen - plenty of room for the 3 of us to sit, but we never did, as the views from the balcony out to sea and the warm evenings (even during the spectacular storms) watching stunning sunsets meant we spent relaxing times here. We were welcomed with a glass of the family's own wine and felt very pampered, with a daily cleaning service, always undertaken discreetly when we were out. In fact, we were struck by how warm, humorous and calm people were in general in Montenegro - always wanting to help and please. The flat is well located - a stall selling fruit, veg and breads about a minute from the front door, a mini market for anything else just minutes away. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the public beach (longer to walk up the road/steps on the way back). Sun umbrellas recommended! Ours cost 14 Euros to buy, and beach shoes 12 Euros (well worth it to walk over the hot pebbles). Otherwise, sun umbrellas and 2 sun- loungers can be rented for the day from 15 Euros (furthest away from the water), more expensive closer to the water's edge. Budva old town, a short bus journey away is well worth a visit; we took a boat back to Sveti Stefan for 20 Euros for 5 of us (2 of the family stayed in a nearby hotel). The island of Sveti Stefan is rather odd; it can only be visited by "outsiders" on guided tours and is firmly guarded by security staff. We didn't bother- it seems many local people don't agree with this situation. Kotor definitely a must-see (bus to Budva, change to Kotor - takes about an hour and a half) Kotor feels and looks very Venetian - lots of cobbled alleys, little shops, cathedral, churches a walk up the hillside - a day could easily be spent here. We hired a car for a couple of days and went to Lowje National park for a walk in the mountains (stunning views over Kotor and Tivat bays) and Skada lake, where we took a boat through water lillies to see the birdlife, then were dropped at a beach with a small restaurant for a few hours. These trips can easily be achieved by car in a day from the flat, or there are small travel agencies in Sveti Stefan that arrange coach tours. Beware, however - my sister and 80 year old mother were directed onto the wrong bus and ended up on an all-day beach hopping tour instead of a half-day cultural visit! All-in-all, this a one place that we would consider returning to! Thanks to Nada and the whole family for such a relaxing holiday.

A family run apartments where you are more than welcome! Thank you Nada for making our stay as pleasant as possible.
Location is lovely: close to a few restaurants and shops, and the stairs that lead to the public beach. Peace and quiet at the same time.
Room is a bit small, but we also had a balcony with a little kitchen that was quite handy. Our room was cleaned every day and towels and bed sheets changed too. Wi-fi connection was superb.
Owners provide a transfer from/to the airport for the reasonable price.

Friendly family-run place with spacious apartments
This multifamily/multi-apartment property is a good and cheaper alternative than many of the resort hotels in Budva and the town of Sveti Stefan in the Montenegrin coast. It is a self-catering place that is run by a friendly, hardworking and helpful local family.
We rented a spacious room/apartment for two people with a small kitchenette and mini dining area. The room was very clean and well maintained. It had a small-to-mid-sized toilet and shower. The room also had sufficient closet space. We stayed for 4 nights and overall had a lovely and relaxing stay. There is free wifi in the apartments/rooms.
The town of Sveti Stefan is located outside of the main town in Budva (20-30 minutes by bus or less by car). It is a quieter alternative than Budva which gets very crowded with tourists and holiday makers especially in the peak summer seasons. If you are looking for peace and quiet, then the town of Sveti Stefan is a better choice than staying in Budva. The only downside is there aren't that many dining options in town. There are two very good family restaurants that serve great seafood and a pizzeria that are within walking distance from the apartments. If you are looking for nightlife and a livelier or party scene, however, I'd recommend finding a place in the heart of Budva or at least closer to the center. There are two small grocery stores very close to the apartments as well.
The apartment is also within walking distance from the beach that overlooks the Sveti Stefan former monastery (now a converted luxury hotel off limits to non-guests). Many of the beaches in this area are unfortunately exclusive to hotel/resort guests only, and some of the nicer beaches charge an exorbitant 50-70 euros (100 or so dollars per person) to get in. The public beach is nice enough but is less better maintained than the private ones. The Montenegrin coast is not a cheap vacation spot.
While the country is very stunning with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, the Budva/Sveti Stefan area is run down/crowded by commercial real estate/hotel developers who often build their properties without any thought of design or how it fits the landscape. Still it is a lovely and memorable place to visit if you are looking to mix the beach with some sightseeing/cultural/historic attractions.
The owner can arrange for pick-up/drop-off in the airport or bus station. We came to Montenegro by bus from Bosnia and Hercegovina, and the station is about 20-30 mins. away from this property. There is a bus that runs every 10-15 or so minutes not far from the apartments that take you to Budva's old town and other neighboring beach towns. Montenegro is a small country but a car may be necessary if you plan to visit other sites outside the beach areas.
