Perfect weekend

We stayed the penultimate weekend in August and I must say that we had a great time, check-in done online and payment also, then, we were handed the keys quickly, the room was spotless and made 20 degrees because they had turned on the air conditioning, which then I turned up a little 'temperature, good breakfast and well stocked. Sleeping like a dormouse. I arrived very early (07:45) to park between the hotel and the sea for 6€ per day.

Good breakfast

Dilapidated room, in 'furnishing and accessories (eg sockets), minimum bathroom (without bidet) not windowed and with non-working suction.
Sliced Service sometimes almost rude.
Sea view, beautiful.
Point favors the very rich breakfast.

Never back again

We had booked a double room of 25 m2 with a double bed and sofa. Instead we got a small cubicle with two single beds, without a sofa, which totally did not match the description or photos of our booking.
When we raised this at the reception, the manager was supposedly consulted – while we were standing next to it. However, the manager stayed in the background; the receptionist was given the thankless task of delivering the bad news to us: if we wanted, we could go to a room with a sea view for an additional fee of €30 per day. So not a solution, but an upsell.
When we indicated that we disagreed, a group of seven employees suddenly appeared around us, while the manager stood completely aside and was nowhere to be seen. It felt intimidating and not customer friendly at all.
We then contacted Booking.com. It showed that we were indeed entitled to a more spacious room with the amenities we had booked. Yet the hotel maintained their position.
Even at check-out we were not taken seriously. Staff continued to argue instead of acting in a customer-oriented manner. No attempt at apologies or compensation, just a tidy settlement of tourist tax and off you go.
In short: a room that does not meet what was booked, no decent Service or solution, and a very unfriendly handling. We're never coming back here.

Absolutely not to go. With the same price (but also less) in Grado there are definitely better hotels

The hotel is bad. Old man. It feels like East Germany in the 1980s. Furniture of the horrible era. The bathroom very small and without bidet. We paid 220 € per night. Legalized theft. They also boast of having parking, which they charge you €15 a day, which is so tight that you have to boat quite a bit to avoid you going to swipe the car.

Ok for a few days.

+) Great location right by the sea; great sunsets can be seen directly from the balcony
-) Older, run-down house; very small bathroom; very thin walls! Worst breakfast coffee ever (shame on Italy)
