Spectacular!!!!

Very good hotel
Very comfortable beds
Private bathrooms with hydromassage
TV and wifi fast connection
Room service cleaning
You leave and arrive and that this whole order is the best
Very good breakfast with different sweets nice view at breakfast
And very good service!!!!!
If you like to do physical activity is re close to the tremendous Strait of Magellan great view coast for walking or running
I advise you to go !!!!!!

Horrible hotel and bad care

The hotel is awful. Bad care, dirty, managers don't leave the lights on, a fortune for a shit. The hotel has not been under maintenance since 1980.
I do not recommend it in any way.

Family atmosphere

We stayed here while waiting for a delayed flight. It is not fancy. You know the sort of thing: there was an awesome shower in the room but the taps on the sink were loose. Pedro, our host, was super friendly and could not have done more for us. It has a TV lounge and it was like we were hanging out with his family. He owns the pub next door which only opened on Saturday for a dance party. Good fun.

Wonderful place to stay in Punta Arenas!

We reserved here at the last minute (a few hours before we arrived in the evening).
We were greatly welcomed by the owner, Pedro, even if it was late at night when we arrived.
The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable and the shower of good quality.
The Wi-Fi connection was really good.
This place is perfectly situated. It is close to everything downtown by walking. It takes only a few minutes to get to the main attractions, the harbour, the market and all the nice coffee shops and restaurants.

A basic local small hotel

This is a small hotel with the Beetles as its theme and that is why it was named after the song Yellow Submarine. The dining room is spacious for a hotel of such scale with a good breakfast during my stay for a night. The major problem there was not the basic and very small rooms with radiator for keeping the guests warm but the inadequacy in the staff's command of English for English-speaking guests. The room rates were not high and we were accommodated there by LATAM for flight delay. The hotel is close to the downtown area and if you ask the hotel staff to mark up on the hotel business card the direction in which you should go, the chance of getting lost will not be high. You can walk to the supermarkets, eateries and souvenir shops around quickly and easily, but you need a cab for going to the airport. The hotel staff will be able to help if you do not speak Spanish or Portuguese. Though the radiators went out of order for a while in the afternoon, the hotel manager was a nice and friendly local guy who was always willing to help guests with his best efforts to communicate with the English-speakers anyway.
