A nice looking hotel, with management that likes scamming people

A nice looking hotel, with management that likes scamming people!
I can't express all of my emotions to the hotel. I booked it over Booking.com. When I came they checked me in, forgot to give me my ID back, but not a big problem we solved it in a few mins.
The biggest disappointment was that they forgot to give me the key for the outside door that leads to the hotel, when I came in the evening I could not access the hotel. I tried knocking, calling, calling Booking.com, looking through windows... nothing. I had to book another hotel and sleep there, and then I came in the morning to pick my belongings.
Furthermore, I immediately requested the money back, they wrote my phone number and told me that manager will call. He did call soon enough, asked me not to give any bad reviews, that they are sorry, he told he will refund me and nothing. I kept sending reminders every 2 weeks, reached to Booking.com support and this hotel was just delaying, ignoring, making up things. So they can't even keep their own word! I don't understand how they claim themselves a luxury hotel, but act like phone scammers.

Avoid this place - TRULY AWFUL. We booked 3 nights and left after one.

This is one of the worst hotels I have EVER seen.
There is no staff. There is no restaurant - we were told we had to order food a day in advance but there is no menu (!?) We asked for breakfast which consisted of hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham and bread for 19euro!!!! The TVs do not work. The phones do not work. The place is filthy. The shower tray and sink filled with water and did not drain away. There is no room service. The photos are a complete lie and must have been taken a long while ago. The garden is overgrown and not accessible.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. We booked for 3 nights and left after 1 without a refund. Truly truly awful!!

Scam

Hello,
We had a very bad experience at the hotel due to a series of deficiencies.
For example:
Lack of cleanliness in the room
Lack of hot water in the room (we had to change rooms twice in search of hot water)
Lack of bar service (I asked for a water and they told me to go to the market next door)
Lack of reception service (only one girl who, in addition to being a receptionist, did other tasks and was not available)
During the time we were there we asked for some type of solution and they did not give us any.
The hotel is not in the 4 star category.

Run away from this hotel!!!

Run away from this hotel, the photos are deceiving!!
Nothing 4 stars, it is in ruins!!!
It doesn't have hot water, I went with 2 children and we couldn't shower them for 2 days, and they didn't give us a solution.
No 24 hour reception service, they give you a key.
No room service.
Not a bar or for water.
And above all, not hot water, which is basic!!
A girl for everything!! I went and came everywhere! One person for all the services of a 4-star hotel?? It's crazy!!!

Not a boutique 4 star hotel.

A little out of the centre-of-town but not a bad neighbourhood. The room we stayed in was spacious with some outside space. Those were the positive elements of our stay. It seems as if it could have been a nice palce to stay at one point but it is being run on a shoestring now. The reception is only staffed during the day by one person. Our room was not cleaned during our two night stay. There was no one around at the hotel to take delivery of our lost luggage that had been delayed by a day and arrived at the hotel at 8pm the next evening. The reception was only staffed until 6pm. We were the only people in the hotel on our last night - no staff not even a night porter. Fine for an Airbnb but not a 4 star hotel!
