Perfect Location, Quiet Rooms, and Excellent Hospitality
I had an excellent stay at Inova Hotel Zagreb and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
The location is hard to beat—just 50 metres from Zagreb's main bus terminal, making it perfect for travellers arriving by bus or planning day trips. Despite being directly across from the bus terminal, the hotel is on a side street, and my Superior King Room was incredibly quiet. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable.
The bathroom was exceptionally large and thoughtfully designed, with a modern layout that made it feel both luxurious and practical.
Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection of fresh, high-quality food. There was something for everyone, and everything was well stocked and beautifully presented.
Check-in was quick and effortless. The hotel is staffed 24/7, and every member of the team I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I would personally like to Thank NEVEN, SVEN and ANĐA for
the level of customer service which frankly was outstanding throughout my stay.
I arranged a late check-out at 4:00 p.m. for a very reasonable fee. This accommodation made by this hotel was well worth the price and made my departure much more relaxing.
Overall, Inova Hotel Zagreb exceeded my expectations in every way. Between the exceptional service, comfortable and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, and unbeatable location to the center, it offers fantastic value for money. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zagreb and would not hesitate to highly recommended it to anyone visiting Zagreb.

Not bad, but also not really good.
Large rooms, relatively quiet, good location to the bus station, where the airport shuttle also arrives. The staff was genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay.
BUT…
Despite the so-called "garden view," it was simply too loud; sleeping with the windows open was not really sensible or possible. One was never really well-rested in the morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast does not meet 4-star standards; you won't starve, but the selection is limited, and there is no vegetables... just a few cherry tomatoes as decoration. The biggest negative surprise, however, was that on one of the three days there was no hot water... only cold water, and nothing could be done about it. Enjoy your "fun" while showering
Yes, and in a 4-star hotel, I expect that there is a bar or something similar where one can unwind at the end of the day with a beer; unfortunately, that is also not available. Overall, "somewhat" disappointing… also in relation to the price to be paid.

Newly remodeled rooms with new bathrooms and new carpet. Easy two minute walk to Zagreb central bus terminal. Excellent restaurant recommendation.

It was a sound proof room. We had a king size bed, the mattress was from not soft. There were large pillows, 2 firm and 2 soft. When you turn of the lights in the bathroom, the exhaust fan takes a few minutes to turn off automatically. The breakfast was great. We had hot cheese omelet made and there was scrambled eggs at the buffet with sausages and some veggies like different bell peppers and olives. There were different cereal and boxed juices but no fresh orange juice. There were fresh bananas and large green apples plus fresh large whole wheat and regular croissants along with other spreads etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Thanks to all the staff for looking after us and guiding us about where to go and what to watch out for when leave foe the city center etc.

Reasonable priced comfortable hotel near bus depot
We only utilised this hotel for transit from the airport to catching a bus the next day, but for a reasonable price it offered a very comfortable room and a good breakfast selection before making the very easy connection to the bus station which is effectively over the road.
