This is my second time at the hotel, and I’m always impressed by the hospitality they offer. The staff is amazing. And the rooms are tidy. Fruits are delivered upon arrival as a sign of welcome. Thanks for having me once more, I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

The T.V in my room is not working, the room is old and toilet with old tiles looks dirty. After I made a complaint, they “upgraded” me to another room. The toilet is dirty with stains and the sofa covers have stains all over. I have booked for 4 nights and I left the hotel the very next day.

2, health issues, small orange will strengthen staff training, one by one rectification, toilet water stains, after cleaning, dry with a dry rag, sofa sets can not be washed off stubborn stains, new sofa sets procurement;

this is my 6th stay in this hotel, the location is perfect, hotel clean, reception guys wonderful, sometimes they can’t speak English well, but always doing their best to help, this time i want to say thanks especially Zhang Yi Yang who helped me to make late check out( speaks English well), Xiezhaohui, Liu Xin who were very kindly and helpful to me, i recommend this hotel everyone

We loved the receptionist girls that helped us check in, they are utterly warm and lovely girls. The free laundry service shows the care the hotel gives to their guests and the cute oranges on front. We will be back ❤️
