The front desk was really helpful in every way. Whatever issues you have, they would try their best to resolve it for you. Most definitely going back to this hotel to stay when I visit Chongqing again.

This hotel is quite old and not very accessible. You would need to think twice don’t have those USB charge for phones which you can charge and non Chinese speaking staff which is able to speak English. All need to speak mandarin. The only plus point is free washing of clothes.

I booked very quickly and didn't realize I didn't have Windows rooms.
The lobby and the elevator are very dark, and the lobby tea area was only for pay services. I was told I couldn't sit there with paying.
So my stay was worse ever, and I traveled very often around the world.
