My experience at this hotel was mixed. The location is convenient and the price was reasonable for what was offered. I would also like to highlight that, aside from one specific incident, the staff was generally very helpful, especially the women at the front desk, who were always friendly and accommodating.
The main issue occurred when we requested an extra pillow. We were a group of five, but there were only three pillows available. The maintenance staff member who brought the pillow was extremely rude. He knocked on the door, said something in Mandarin, and delivered the pillow in a very aggressive manner, practically throwing it at my mother-in-law. The situation was upsetting enough that my father-in-law, who speaks Mandarin, went to the front desk to file a complaint.
Another issue was a strong urine smell in the hallway on the first day. At first, I thought it was a cleanliness problem, but I later realized there was a traditional squat toilet nearby and that some guests were not using the facilities properly. In this case, I do not believe the hotel was at fault. I also noticed that, despite the hotel's no-smoking policy, some guests appeared to be smoking in their rooms, as I woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke on my last day.
Overall, the hotel offers a good location, fair pricing, and an attentive front desk team. However, better enforcement of hotel rules and improved staff training would help create a more pleasant experience for guests.

The location was great — just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, with plenty of eateries nearby, making it easy to grab something on the go. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was definitely good value for money. Just a heads-up: there's no lift, so keep that in mind if you're carrying heavy luggage.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vienna Classic Hotel, and I can confidently say it was a delightful experience.
Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel is conveniently situated near the Guomao Jianguomen Metro Station, making it incredibly easy to explore Beijing. Major attractions, shopping areas, and dining options are just a short ride away, which is a huge plus for travelers.
Accommodation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the facilities. The decor is tasteful, combining contemporary elements with a touch of classic charm. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and a well-stocked mini-bar, added to the overall comfort of my stay.

The staff at the Vienna Classic Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist with any queries. From the check-in to the check-out process, everything was smooth and efficient.
