The hotel is very close to the airport. I usually stay in this hotel on business trips. The environment is good. The room is tidy and the lighting is good. This is the only bad review I have used Ctrip to stay in hotels for more than ten years! I have never given a bad review of the previous hotel even if the environmental facilities were poor, but this hotel is really disgusting. On the evening of 1.18, I stayed in a room on the third floor or the fourth floor. The front desk did not ask any questions. The next day at 6:00 a.m., there was a sudden loud roaring noise, which woke me up from my sleep. I even thought there was an earthquake, so I went out to check, but the noise in the corridor was still there. At first I thought it was a temporary noise, so I waited for about five minutes, but the noise didn't stop. I immediately called the front desk. After learning my room number, the front desk told me that the upstairs chair might be overturned and asked me to wait for a while. I told the front desk that it was absolutely impossible for the chair to be overturned or people were walking around, and it was impossible to continue. so long. The front desk asked me to wait a while and check again. I waited for about five minutes and the sound was still the same, so I called the front desk again, but the front desk was still prevaricating, and I was very angry at this time and asked him to come to my room to listen. I moved my things to the 16th floor at around 6:30 in the morning. Even on the 16th floor, the noise still sounded like it was adjacent to the highway, and I couldn't sleep anymore. The above shows that the hotel is fully aware of the condition of the room, and I didn’t check in until nearly 11 o’clock the night before.
