Dream Holiday
From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made us feel completely at home. Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, creating an exceptionally friendly and relaxed environment.
However, what truly made our holiday unforgettable was Tazz, one of the resort animators. Throughout our entire stay, Tazz was exceptionally kind, endlessly energetic, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. He constantly checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and always went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. His vibrant personality and attentive nature brought so much joy to our days, and his dedication to guests is unmatched.

Like a dream
I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at the Meraki Resort for taking such great care of us. This was our first time visiting Egypt, and it was truly an unforgettable experience for us. The rooms were always spotless, the food was delicious, and the hotel entertainment was beyond words.
I especially want to thank the guys from the entertaiment team: Tazz and Boda. They recommended a party boat trip to us, and it was exactly as they described it. Whenever we needed advice with anything, they were extremely helpful and never said no. A big part of why this holiday was so perfect goes to them, so thank you!

Beautiful hotel, amazing food/drinks and parties. The vibe club boat party was amazing! Special thanks to Tazz in animation who made us feel right at home from the beginning. He is a credit to the hotel!

About animator
We stayed at the hotel from August 24th to 30th. Overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.
Some of the staff were very attentive and helpful, while others were quite uninterested and unwelcoming. In some cases, we even encountered staff members who seemed annoyed simply because we placed an order.
The hotel’s nighttime entertainment was generally very good, and most of the animators were friendly and attentive, with one major exception.
Despite having visited Egypt five times, I have never encountered an animator as unprofessional as Tazz. He told us that, if we went to the boat party, he could arrange a late check-out for us, claiming that only he could provide this benefit. He even told us that if we did not purchase the boat party tickets, we would not be allowed to use the hotel’s facilities after checking out.
We found this behavior extremely inappropriate and felt that we were being put under pressure in a threatening manner. We reported the situation to the hotel management, but unfortunately, we never received any response or follow-up.
We were genuinely surprised that someone displaying this kind of behavior is allowed to represent the hotel and interact with guests. Apart from this incident, we generally had a good experience, but situations like this seriously affect the overall impression of the hotel.

Amazing time
The highlight of the hotel and holiday was definitely the energetic and accommodating staff they was super. Everything else was top notch. The food and the WiFi was on par with the room 10/10 and the aesthetic of the place itself was also great!
