Surprising but conveniently located

Ideally located on the 3rd floor of a building but noisy area.
Friendly welcome with drinks and cakes
Clean and simple.
Local breakfast served in room (no choice).
No French channel
Consider enabling a VPN if you want to use your platforms
Equipped with a fridge, kettle and coffee machine (capsules, tea and sugar available) as well as a small bottle of water.
Remember to place the sign so that the beds are made with changing towels and toilet paper.
Our room would have needed some small repairs

The room is big, and have a coffee machine. Good beds, and the air-conditioned works well.

First impressions don't always count

The entrance to the hotel is not obvious but it's on a pedestrianised street which is an advantage. Its well located for the main shopping streets. The building is shared with a number of other hotels, one to each of the floors and the lift definitely needs some TLC so it can seem a bit daunting at first. But when you get to the hotel itself, you'll be blown away, beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, rooms a good size and we'll appointed and the most helpful and friendly reception staff you could wish to meet. I've travelled in Egypt a lot but the Imperial is definitely my go to place in Cairo from now on.

Room was adequate and clean, staff very helpful. Only problem the airport shuttle is apparently only for a four night stay.

The hotel is in downtown Cairo, I believe. You enter through what looks like a street full of shops, then you’ll see a building with several small boutique hotels inside and that’s where this one is. Once inside, it’s quiet and very clean. The front desk staff were wonderful and extremely friendly! They do offer transportation to the airport for $15 one way! It’s definitely a busy area, but the hotel itself is peaceful.
