From the moment we checked in we have had an amazing experience.
We had a room upgrade, the room is fabulous and the views amazing!!
Our favourite lunch time restaurant is the “Kitchen” Ahmed and the team really look after you. Lovely setting, and great food.

4-й раз в Grand Oasis. Отель становится только лучше. Главное открытие — ресторан Kitchen в минуте от пляжа. Две недели ни разу не зашли в главный ресторан. Шефу — спасибо за вкус, но главное спасибо менеджеру Мина за атмосферу, тишину и сервис. Спасибо за ваш труд! Процветания вам.

Unforgettable
I spent 9 days in Grand Oasis Hotel, left on August 16th full of joy , nice memories and real satisfaction...
First , I would love to thank - from the bottom of my heart - the animation team one by one .. Inna the sweet friend of guests , the source of best vibes and joy ... Polina the innocent smily face and the joyful spirit .. Morgan and Mora the real heros of Bro- codes .. always beside us even when partying out of the hotel ...Ahmed their boss and his professional management of every detail ..
I would love to thank - personally -Mr Ahmed Abdeladhim, the head of security at the hotel, competent , qualified and professional... He , with his team helped us to get back a lost valuable objet in very short time .. he was so patient and cooperating ..
The resort in general was perfect ... Tasty food with various choices and very well organized restaurant.. no long lines , no shortage ..
The pool is big and clean but the depth was maximum 160 or 150 . Not perfect for some adults ... It does not matter since we did play water polo every day ✌️✌️..
The beach is clean , well managed , perfect for those who like snorkeling .
I would not forget to thank very much, the driver, cool and smiley guy Hussein . Wish him the best .. he was so patient and helpful ..

Great hotel, fantastic staff
Amazing, my 3rd visit to this hotel and it never disappoints.
The reception staff had arranged food in our room and upgraded us on arrival as we had arrived late in the evening.
All the staff in this hotel are fabulous and cannot do enough for you, the food is fresh and plentiful and the hotel is kept to a very high standard of cleanliness.
Some of the staff that went the extra mile and made us feel at home:
Maseed, Yasser & George - main restaurant
Emad, Mina & Bishoy - lobby bar
Mustafa - pool bar
Mohammed - restaurant reservations
And Muhammad Saad, who looks after us every time we visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with his happy and friendly smile.
We will definitely be booking to come back again next year, miss you all already. Thank you for another amazing holiday!

Very nice to be repeated
Very good hotel and best thing all staff are helpful although a lot of work they did, but really Moustafa and Mr Ahmed head of reservation very helpful and in restaurant amazing chef Yasser head of chef's working out of the box every time needed, and also waiters Ahmed and Mina were very friendly and on pool bar Mina hard worker and all life guards very helpful and specially Hussien on beach very nice person dealing with all type of people, finally I have enjoyed my stay there and really nobody inform me to do this servy like another places, please forgive me our golf car staff amazing
