Located right on Montaza Beach, this 5 star resort combines an impressive range of features and facilities. It features a private beach, 2 pools, a kids' pool and club.

Lovely Hotel with fabulous staff
What a hotel! Just home from an 11 night stay here and all 3 of us ere very happy with the hotel, the staff, the food, the drinks, the facilities and everything else they provide.
Check in was easy and quick and we were helped to our room with our bags. We arrived after 11pm but food and drinks were available for us.
The beach is lovely with lots of parasols, sunbeds and windbreakers to keep the breeze off if you want. The bar staff will occasionally come around when they have time and take drinks orders but it only a short walk to the bar and toilet area to order drinks which when they are not too busy they will bring to you spot on the beach. The bar tenders are always friendly and polite. A credit to the hotel.
Rooms are spacious, we had a superior family room with garden view but had a stunning view of the sea as well as gardens. They are clean, well maintained on a daily basis with clean bedding, towels and bins always emptied and any dirty dished taken away. No complaints or issues with the room other than the patio door wouldn't lock on our first night but once reported to reception was quickly fixed.
Food is varied but always hot and plentiful. I would say that it is hard to be hungry at this hotel and even picky eaters like myself were able to always find something good to eat.
The main bars are well stocked and the alcohol is strong.
The entertainment team do a fantastic job and work very hard. Every day there were activities to join in with if you wanted too, bocca, volleyball, darts, trampoline, ping pong, water polo, water aerobics etc The team isn't pushy, if you want to join in you are very welcomed but if you just want to relax they won't bother you. Night-time shows were good, kids disco then usually a dance troop and then a singer or musician of some description. We enjoyed both being at the main entertainment and also sitting in the cooler inside bar upstairs for some quiet time.
We would very happily return this hotel again and recommend to both couples and families.

10/10 for amazing
Myself and partner stayed at this hotel, my friend also travelled along. While we were worried my friend maybe located far away from our room, as a lone traveler we emailed the hotel to see if they could help keep her near us. I got a prompt reply stating "a note had been left at booking and they will try their best"
We were surprised they managed to give her the room next door which relieved a lot of stress.
The hotel is very relaxed, even the sales people were happy to chat but also new when to leave.
Bar staff at the pool bar were the best!! "Geezer" cant remember his name but thats all he kept calling my partner, he waited on us even though we were happy to walk to our sunbeds with our own drinks.
Hotel is clean. Staff are lovely, even the house keeping team were great, made our bed in to a heart and with flowers round it for my partners birthday and done other towel origami. I will certainly be back, never had problems getting a sunbed, the beach was wonderful and only a 10min if that taxi ride to soho square and hotel arranges taxis.

The best hotel
We were honestly a bit scared after reading some comments on ebookers, and at one point I was almost sure I wouldn’t go to this hotel and would cancel the booking. But thankfully, I didn’t.
Everything was absolutely fine. Everyone was kind to us, the hotel was clean, and the staff worked hard to make everything run smoothly. Everything was in perfect order.
Once again, thank you very much for everything—we truly appreciate it.

Great hotel
The rest was really good. The hotel is quite compact and comfortable, the food was varied and tasty. I especially wanted to note the cleanliness of the rooms. Abdalla's cleaner did his job flawlessly! I recommend!
