Well located and comfortable

The hotel is well located (near bus stops and the city center). The staff are very welcoming. The room is comfortable. Breakfast is well served and diversified. Overall, I recommend this hotel for those who are travelling for business or vacation.

Night was very short as the noise woke me at 3 am and I was up for two hours .
IN the morning, checking out, the personnel said that they had emailed the people that their noise upset other customers. That did not help me, as I had to drive 8oo km the next day

The breakfast was great, lots of choice, a gluten free area and all food labelled well.
The room was clean. It's in a great location.
We didn't get the Queen bed we were expecting and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. The shower was amazing though. Bed was comfy with decent pillows.
We did struggle with the air con, very dry and luckily we had a balcony so could leave the door slightly open which helped a lot.
The hotel staff were lovely, the hotel was absolutely fine.

Oulu City

Friendly staff, good location. Breakfast was average. The room was clean and quiet, but this freezing weather made it quite cold. I had to wear use both of the blankets at night. I like the winter, though.

thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I'm pleased to read your stay with us was mainly comfortable, but I'm sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. A cold or chilly hotel room is not a nice experience so we need to do some follow up in this matter.

Modern hotel in the city center

An elegant modern hotel with all the amenities you expect from a Scandic. The quality of this property matches or exceeds that of the chain. Recommended. Cinema is next door if you are bored !
