Excellent welcome from the guests

We needed a cottage for a stage for 8 people.
The hosts are very welcoming and
Clean cottages.
The pool is nice, the spa pool facilities are not all new but the welcome
is impeccable.
Excellent place for one step.

Hard to write down!

Complicated to give a "globalizing" Rating, the kindness and devotion of the owners make up for the enormous material defects of the campsite. The Rating is bound to be unfair. Yes, the owners are dedicated and adorable. They're fantastic. No, the campsite does not meet the expected standards in terms of hygiene and safety: the cleaning is too light, the spas seem dangerous (e.g. exposed electrical wires, in contact with water), the equipment of musc and shower are dirty (e.g. dead insects, debris ceiling), areas of bric and pitcher are too present (metal chips on the floor), abandoned bins favor tiger mosquitoes, several branches of trees 30m high threaten to fall (pruning certainly difficult given the access and height). The 5 Star Ranking by the Ministry of Tourism is a real mystery. Otherwise, the setting is very nice and quiet. So my Trip Tip: take a few days in this campsite by planning a few minutes of cleaning on arrival, ignoring the recreation room and avoiding walking under the trees on a windy day.

Séjour très correct

les prestations proposées sont excellente surtout la qualité du jambon et le vin offert a notre arrive noir de Bigorre et de battre mon cœur s est arrêté exceptionnel.
Le chalet a été très confortable bonne literie.
Et enfin le personnel rencontre a été réactif et très sympathique.
Point négatif encore quelques travaux a finir courage vous êtes sur la bonne voie.

Du potentiel mais du boulot

Chouette situation, chouettes prestations… sur le papier…..déception de taille… annoncé en 5 étoiles en “hôtel de plein air”
Bien désolée pour les très sympathiques et accueillants gestionnaires (très sincères) malheureusement le rapport Qualité/prix n’y est pas… et dès la première vision…. Délabrement et abandon définissent cette vision… probablement des heures de gloires il y’a 8-10 ans mais les instructions communes sont vétustes limites des normes au niveau Electricite…. Mobilhome pas mal mais pas propres …. Je pense qu’un ménage de printemps Generale… moins de prestations annoncées et petit à petit exploiter le potentiel du lieu serait un bon conseil. Courage

Très bien situé et doté de logements relativement qualitatifs, les ingrédients pour passer un bon séjour sont en théorie parfaitement réunis. Malheureusement, l'entretien, la qualité des installations, les equipements non fonctionnels, et la négligence des gérants font de cet établissement un endroit à éviter. A titre d'exemple, des branches, parfois très lourdes, tombent régulièrement des arbres autour des habitations, sur les chemins, sur les voitures, et le risque qu'un enfant soit blessé est un risque accepté par les propriétaires, qui ne souhaitent pas faire quoi que ce soit. Déplorable.
