Beautiful views

The best thing about the hotel is definitely the location. With a small balcony facing the river with spectacular views. It is 200 mts from the main street where there are restaurants and many shops. Also around 500 meters is the Basilica of Lourdes.
As soon as we arrived the reception was closed and no one was attending us, we did not know what to do. So my husband started asking and the hotel receptionist next door was the same as this one. I didn't like that at all, because there wasn't even a sign to tell us to ask.
Beyond that the room although it was a bit small was nice with very nice views. Comfortable and clean beds.

Hotel room with no shampoo/conditioner

I am booking one night at rate (41E) and they gave me a very poor small room, window has no curtain at all (facing to mountain), shower has no shampoo/conditioner at all...
I forgot to take picture of the room in this bldg exact in picture.

Total disappointment

I paid and ran away after seeing the room and already from the lobby it was dirty and dilapidated. It sucks. A disgrace. You can’t it’s under the

Two horrible nights

No space in the car park we parked in the communal car park ten minutes from the hotel, works at night, Noise with elevator all night and top no water the day of departure without being informed the day before, very bad experience to advise against

The bed was good other than that…

For the price you should not expect superb quality of the building.
The soundproofing was really not there!
The wallpaper on the walls was peeling off and there was dust in the cupboards.
The bathroom is in the juice of the building but a superb hairdryer awaits you!
The bedding was comfortable on this point, nothing to say except that the request was for a double bed and I got two single beds.
