The staff who helped us with the check-in process were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would especially like to thank them for their kindness and assistance.
The hotel is a little old, but it was clean and well maintained. Its location was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
Thank you for everything. We really appreciated your hospitality!

My previous experience two years ago was much better than this time, as the room quality was completely different. The worst part was that I had booked a room for myself and my partner, but upon arrival, I found two separate single beds. When I asked the reception to change the room, the response was: 'Is your booking for one night only?' I said yes, and she replied, 'Unfortunately, we are fully booked, so I cannot change it for you.' In addition, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and looked as if they hadn't been replaced in a long time.

I was supprise at the checking that i got asked to pay 100£deposit, this was never mentioned when booking. As i did not have a physical card, I had to ise contact less to pay and now i am waiting for the refund.

Always stay at Grand Prado when I visit Marseille.
The breakfast is great.
The rooms are big and the toilet is renovated. The kitchen has microwave, cooktop and small fridge. Plates and cutlery available.
The unique problem are the pilows. Old and not confortable.

Great stay!

Very friendly staff at the front desk and at breakfast!
Well-located hotel with quick access to the center by metro; we were on a scooter and the location is ideal for visiting Marseille and the Calanques.
The room was clean and air-conditioned, the bathroom pretty, and the studio functional. The breakfast had a wide selection; there was something for every taste!!
The price was not very expensive for 4 nights for 2 people despite a late booking; we could hardly have found better!!
We saw some reviews about the noise, particularly in a room we were in; honestly, we heard almost nothing and nothing annoying that would prevent sleeping or anything like that.
