Disappointed.
We inquired by phone about availability for a camper (weekend of May 1st). They offered us a spot on the left near the playground. Upon arrival, it looks more like a parking space than a campsite, which does not suit us. They then offered us a proper campsite. We went to the pool and it was chaotic; no one followed the rules. Shoes near the pool, no one takes a shower beforehand (children are playing ball in front of the sign prohibiting it)... As a result, the next day the pool is closed due to non-compliant tests. In short, mixed feelings because the camping is nice, we had been here before, but the weekend did not meet our expectations.

Functional housing but no Mood
The mobile homes are as described in the promotional brochures. They are functional and well arranged. On the other hand, none of the activities announced took place (no evenings, no games organized during the day). The campsite is without Mood and I would say even soulless. In a week we did not hear a music rating from our neighbors like the reception, no one spoke to us outside of our group of 3 friends. As a result, the rate paid is a bit high for the services provided.

For a weekend
We came for a weekend,
Pleasant campsite, good access to green spaces, relaxing calm, well organized in the management of rental campers and motorhomes.
Pleasant playground for children, various nice playgrounds.
But :
- Sanitary facilities clean but small given the capacity of the campsite in the summer, a toilet block or the door handles are broken, some details need to be reviewed, a toilet block is missing!
Lack of signage at the toilet shower doors etc. it's a guessing competition. However, we find soap paper at our disposal, well done and thank you.
- the distribution of bread is positive but late! 9 a.m. to collect the bread is late, given the activities to come during the day.
Lack of position lighting for a 3 star this is part of your 3 star criteria.
We would have liked to take advantage of a restaurant or the bars at this time (June 9 but closed..) it's a bit abandoned.
The locations are good for some, but when you look around some locations are a guessing game to place... a bit messy sometimes, for my part I would also like to be able to take advantage of the locations reserved at the VAN with a beautiful but it's not in the tent campers area.
Nevertheless, it is a campsite which has potential ahead of it provided that the comments are taken as positive points for the future.
Come camp, you will have a nice time in the future, it could be great.
We will come back in a few years to see this new management.

Lovely views
The views from the campsite across to Oberbronn are beautiful.
The campsite has all the possibility of being good but needs a bit of upkeep. The toilet block we were closest to, was shabby on the outside but clean inside.
Others have mentioned the lack of site map and I would def echo this as we didn't discover diahwashing facilities close to us till the last day and were making the trek across site. We never found the laundry facilities.
The inside swimming pool is a big plus, although sauna broken when we visited but steam room good.
Be mindful out of July/Aug reception is closed 12-4pm. So it's a late check-in compared to other places at 4pm.
Also the restaurant wasn't open and only opens July /Aug, we went end May /start of June.
Pitches were fine but there are parts of the site that can get a bit boggy.
We walked into Oberbronn, about 20 mins passing many storks nearing on top of posts! This was a Friday, only the bistro at end of the village open and then were full apparently. So we ended up having lunch at the Hotel Couvert. Serves reasonably priced, good quality food and the convent is def worth looking round as its an impressive building but we only looked externally.

Zero friendliness....
This campsite is a partner of Wonderbox but does not accept that we come during holiday periods by paying with our Wonderbox.
In addition, we wanted to come with our daughter and were paid the difference and we were also refused because supposedly there was not enough room.....
And what's more, I won't give details about the friendliness of the person who answers the phone , but even a prison door is much friendlier....
It may be a very beautiful place, but the welcome just makes you want to run away
