The Both d'Orouet, a disastrous experience!
This campsite is absolutely to be avoided. I had a very disappointing stay there. I wouldn't have chosen it if I hadn't trusted Leclerc Voyages d'Atlantis, Saint Herblain. My first disappointment was the mobile home I was assigned, not a ray of sunshine could penetrate, because of the trees that surrounded it and the small pitches. I asked to change accommodation, I was told that mobile homes of the same category were already booked. I checked, it was a shameless lie. They preferred to give me a much smaller mobile home without any compensation for the downgrade.
Regarding comfort and services, a disaster and many false claims, namely: an outdated bedding, with an old obsolete metal bed base. I suffered from the back from the beginning to the end of my stay. As for the blanket and pillows that have gone through the high season, I dare not imagine the amount of mites and the microbes that infected them. Fortunately, I had my own duvet, my own pillow as well as my mattress protector (a real one!) and it was necessary, given the condition of the mattress. No kettle or toaster, under the pretext that this 3-star campsite does not have the necessary ampere power. Same for the internet they claim in their presentation document covering the whole site, it is arch false, they told me that there was no network.
in the description, they put forward a sauna, in the services offered, in reality, it's 40€ the 3 quarters of an hour, I wonder how they make it work, if they only have 10 amps, as the agent at Welcoming, the one who has mastered lies told me. Besides, there are 2, a man and a woman who from Welcoming show themselves ready to bite if you have the misfortune to complain about a malfunction.
The only positive aspect is the staff who do their best to ensure the maintenance of the premises.
Finally, to conclude, if you unfortunately break even one glass, you will be charged the price of crystal and this is so for all the low-end dishes, whose detailed list especially for invoicing in case of replacement leaves pantois, so expensive it is. Luckily, I didn't break anything, I didn't break anything.
Finally, in Saint jean de Monts, there are many campsites, much more comfortable better placed and more equipped with recent equipment and internet network, with spacious pitches and especially that are at the right price, not like this campsite whose rates are overpriced, especially since it was September, so low season, so all attractive equipment stopped.
The question I ask myself is which body awards the stars, because Both d'Orouet absolutely does not deserve 3* and a proper inspection is necessary to remain credible.

Not top
Animation not enough sought too simple and repetitive, does not last long (23h) and it is over. Excessive washing machine rate level. (€5) Lack of small lights at night. Games inflatable child deflated even in the early afternoon while it is the holidays. Sunbathing not comfortable so all afternoon on it is very bad for the back (maybe add sunbathing cushions) unfortunately the campground keeper spends his time on the phone which is hugely disturbing for the rentals next to him. Staff is very welcoming smiling and attentive.

Disappointed
Sanitary not always dirty paper and never soap. Cold pool water. Teens put outside the campsite behind the gate when they were making no noise!
