I'm being pretty generous clicking 4 stars here, and the circumstances of our arrival in Toulouse certainly didn't help my outlook (getting an email an hour before saying our flight was canceled and dealing with that in the room for too long). Yes it's convenient especially if traveling by train or leaving off at the car rental there. It was well priced but it's pretty old and really needs some sprucing up. Just felt kind of shoddy plus the room had a terrible amount and placement of outlets so charging was a pain. The shower had no door or shower curtain which was weird and made for lots of splashed mess, but otherwise an okay sized bathroom. Sex club two doors down which I don't mind but just an FYI.

We have recently completely renovated our second floor, and we are gradually continuing this modernization work throughout the rest of the hotel to improve the comfort of our rooms, particularly the amenities and facilities.

Perfect!

For those who appreciate simplicity when it meets comfort, the hotel is perfect. The kindness of the reception staff is remarkable; attention is given to everything, from the scent of the shower to the quality of the breakfast products, including the decorative elements. Very clean and very quiet room. Thank you very much to the staff, and go there with your eyes closed.

I was given a modern room on the second floor. The room had air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were always willing to be of assisstance. Breakfast was rasonable. A safety deposit box in the room would have been apt.

Good visit

Booked for four nights, the hotel is well located for transport links. Close to amenities and shops. Good sized room with shower over bath and separate toilet. Room cleaned daily . Breakfast was very good . All staff very pleasant and friendly. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
